No a/c. Everything else was perfect, but the lack of a/c was an issue. I couldn't get that good hotel sleep because it was so hot and uncomfortable in my room. Even the lobby was hot. It just made no sense. Out of 5 stars, I'd give the place 2 out of 5 simply due to no a/c. I took cold showers multiple times. I just hated it.

My stay for one night at the Plaza was magical. Constantly seeing tourists stopping to have their photo taken out front, made feel so lucky to be a guest in one of the worlds most famous hotels.
