「Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the...

「The purpose of our trip to Vietnam this time was to stay at this hotel, which we had long wanted to experience. It took us about three hours from Hoi An, but it was truly worth it. The hotel is magnificent, beautifully renovated from an old building, and its solid, luxurious presence is something that could hardly be built today. The room we stayed in was spacious and located at the center of the property, offering stunning views that allowed us to overlook the entire building. The scenery from...

「They suggested me to move to their another branch just on the check-in day. It was because maintenance work in day time, which makes some noise. I thought I could consider their situation and accepted. Not so bad location. But no time to communicate or find another hotel in the last hours. Also travelers are busy during the trip. I believe they have responsibility to let us stay in the place when reserved. Also not fair to tell me about it on the check in day. *) Expedia allows them to do...

「Amazing」
