「We had to leave and had to make a new reservation at a different hotel. We drove in and waited at the gate for 15 minutes and in pitch darkness before someone came to open the gate. The gate is almost a quarter mile away from the main buildings. We honked multiple times and I had to leave the safety of my car to knock at the gate. The room we were assigned was Dirty with falling window curtains. Water was shut off and we had to wait for them to run around to get it running. The toilet was dirty...

「Don't book this hotel, it's a scam! When we arrived at the property, they did not accept our confirmed and pre-paid (!) booking because they said they don't collaborate with hotels.com. We had to leave as the hotel was fully booked. We never got a refund, neither by the hotel nor by hotels.com. Also, when we asked for a written confirmation that there is no collaboration with hotels.com, the hotel manager refused and started being really unfriendly.」
