room is tidy and clean did not meet hotel staff during my stay stay 3 days 2 nights but only got 1 day bottle of water dryer of the washing machine did not work well, clothes took 3 hours to dry

Amazing vie Clean and very big space. 8 people/3 families stayed. Laundry was possible. Despite the big size of the room, there was inconvenience due to only 1 shower place. And not much to do or see around the resort. But still, the view and the facilities, the pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Willing to go stay again if i go to okinawa again.

非日常的な部屋の雰囲気、部屋の目の前のプールとオーシャンビューには子供達は大喜びで大興奮。コレだけで来た甲斐がありましたので☆4の高評価にしました。訪問時期が冬で寒かったのでプールには入れ無かったが宿泊客が少なく、プールを誰も行き来しなかったのでカーテンを明けっぱなしで景色を滞在中堪能できました。 残念な点は、ソファに目立つシミが多数あり、その他の部分はとても綺麗に清掃されてる感じで問題ありません。朝ごはんは、恐らく業務用の出来合いをチンしただけの内容で、サラダのブロッコリーやベビーコーンですら熱が入りすぎててフニャフニャで美味しくなかった。沖縄の北部の離島で物流も悪いでしょうから、仕方ない事も理解するので、大目に見て評価しました。

清潔な部屋、広い部屋、絶景の眺め、最高でした。 朝食ビュッフェも混雑せずにゆっくりと食事が出来ました。 ただ、規則時間外にプールで泳いだり、部屋の前を横断してクロール、平泳ぎで往復で泳いでくるアジア人には興醒めでしたが…。

とても綺麗な部屋でした。部屋からのプールやジャグジーも、最高♡朝起きて、そのままプールにダイブ。朝食も美味しかったです。リゾートしてるなぁって、実感をとっても良かったです😊

娘家族と行きました。 間取りもよく、清潔な部屋で，目の前のプールに部屋から飛び込めますし、ジャグジーも付いていて、孫達も喜んでいました。 ただ雨の影響か、夜停電になりましたが，何の連絡もなく、メールで問い合わせても、的確な返事がなく、3〜4時間熱くて不安でした。翌朝には回復していましたが、フロントスタッフが誰もいないので，何かの時には困ります。

全てがよかったです。設備も朝食も全て予想を上回っていました。 唯一の問題はフロントに人がいないこと。宿泊に合わせて荷物を送っておいたのですが受け取ってもらえず、結局その日に荷物を受け取れませんでした。それだけがとても残念。

환상적인 뷰가 너무 좋았어요

주전자 없어서 불편했고, 헤어드라이어가 다이슨 아닌 다른 제품이었습니다. 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않는 문제가 발생했는데, 숙소 스탭을 찾을수도 없고 채팅도 도움이 되지 않았어요. 작은 방 방문은 열기 너무 불편합니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 저렴한 가격에 고급스러운 시설, 환상적인 뷰와 함게 즐기는 개인 풀장과 자쿠지가 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에도 다시 방문하고 싶어요.

Adorei a decoração do quarto, as luzes dimerizáveis, o espaço. A vista do quarto é fenomenal. O quarto estava bem limpo, mas, a piscina, estava suja. Seria interessante manter a piscina limpa. O café da manhãé muito bom e os atendentes muito ateciosos. Particularmente, não gosto de hoteis self-check in. As vezes, como turista, preciso tirar uma duvida boba, até sobre as redondezas e isso prejudica bastante na comunicação.

전체적으로 비추

무인 시스템으로 체크인하고 체크아웃하는건 괜찮았지만 저녁에 호텔 전체 정전이 와서 전객실 투숙객이 불편을 겪었는데 다음날까지도 아무말도 없이 조치가 매우 미흡해서 저녁에 아무것도 못하고 불꺼진 방에서 잠만 잤습니다 사진에 보면 인피니티풀은 너무 이쁘지만 미온수 전혀 없어서 한번도 들어가보지 못했고 수영장관리 전혀 안되고 있었습니다 조식도 3500엔인데 먹을만한 음식이 전혀 없고 전날 만든 남은 음식 그대로 데워서 내놓았습니다 새건물이고 코우리대교뷰가 너무 좋아서 첫날 들어가면서 너무 만족스러웠지만 지내다보니 불편했습니다

全体的には大満足

眺望、プール、部屋の広さ、内装全てに満足。 唯一気になったのが、浴室の黒カビ。 ドア周り、浴室天井部分の見えるところに黒カビがたくさんあったので、すぐに取るべき。日々の清掃で意識するだけですぐに取れる場所なので、改善を希望。

両親、子供へ

両親、子供達との旅行で利用させていただきました。 ここであってるのかな？という道を進んでいくと、楽園があります。 とにかく綺麗で静か、最高のロケーション。 子供はプールを満喫、大人は時間を気にすることなく、ゆっくり食事、お酒を楽しみながらのんびりした時間を味わえました。 アメニティーにヘアブラシがあったら、本当になにもいらないくらい備え付けられています。 隅々まできれいに掃除されていて、「がっかり」がひとつもなかったです。 また利用させていただきます。

部屋の扉やレストラン入口の扉が手を離すとすぐに閉まるので扉を押えながらベビーカーを押さなければならず不便でした。 プールの底に緑色の苔(?)があるので全体的に瑞が緑色でした。 お部屋はとても綺麗でプールやジャグジー付きなのでトータル的にはとても良かったです。
