Very nice hotel. Restaurant Origine was exceptional. Property conveniently located to public transport and shopping and restaurants. Limited English spoken by most hotel staff.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I traveled with a family of four, and the quality and high tech feature of the room met all of our needs. There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store. The stay and hotel staff were great and very helpful, only issue I had was the airport shuttle never showed up so I had to taxi to the airport. Only complaint I have really.

I really liked my stay here. The staff was great. My room was clean. Definitely worth paying the extra for the breakfast option… it was great, with lots of food options. The dining area was clean and well organized and the staff did a really good job at replenishing food before it ran out. I thought it was cool that they offer the free welcome cocktails and rice and tea daily. There are places like Gotembakan that are cheaper but are worse than a motel 6. Hotel Route Inn is everything people rave about Japanese hotels. And I survived the earthquake there from the 14th floor.

The property was close to the JR train line so it made for easy transit to Disneyland. They even had a free shuttle to the train station in the early morning. Also there were paid limousine bus transfers to Hanada and Narita airports. Wonderful views and the Onsen was great

This hotel is the hidden treasure. The hotel maintains excellent service for decades. Everyone including managers are so well trained and helpful. The hotel provides quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I have been using this hotel over 10 years, and I am truly appreciate this place to provide peaceful place to stay year after year. If you are looking for a peaceful reliable mature place, this hotel is the one, I feel.

Very clean wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Property was in good condition and the shuttle from Narita was very convenient. The resort amenities were also very nice and the staff were friendly.
