"We had a very comfortable stay at the REI hotel. The location was excellent - very close to the Peace Park, restaurants and shopping. The room was very spacious (compared to more compact Japanese rooms in Tokyo). We had plenty of room for our suitcases. There was a small table & chairs to use, plus 2 small foot stools that were handy. The bathroom was large, with a good amount of counter surface to put items on. And the shower was excellent."

"I had a room on the upper floor and the view was gorgeous. The room was spacious. The amenities were very nice. This was just a short 10 minute walk to the Hiroshima site the name of it excuse me right now sorry but it’s very beautiful. It’s right on the river and the museum and the site. It’s just it’s breathtaking. The hotel has a restaurant which I got appetizers and a glass of wine in and it was great. The staff was fantastic. The amenities were good. The train station was about a 10 minute taxi ride. This was kind of towards the end of my trip and my suitcases were feeling really heavy I would definitely go back here again."
