Maybe because it is an old building,
- room key is very old-fashioned that i did not know that kind of key still exists.
- thin wall tells you when there is other customer next door
- quantity and location of outlet is very limited. There was only 1 usable outlet by the desk.
(The one on bed-side did not work.
There was one by the room-door but not able to use it unless you have a long cable)
While hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was also good, i did not feel like it's a 4-star but a 3-star hotel...
