The breakfast and other meals you could order were excellent. The views and scenery are stunning. Great location for Trekking. The town is only 15 minutes away in a taxi. "I had a wonderful stay at sapa yen. There is no electronics in the room for the quiet retreat vibes. Took some getting used to but it was definitely what I needed to unplug. Room and hotel is very clean. Close to sapa station and you can view the train to fansipan from the hotel."

"COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and...

"Generous host quiet peaceful place, spacious and great views. Not the most convenient (a 25 min drive outside the city) and feels more residential than resort like. If you’re looking for a more culturally immersive experience would recommend "
