Mua really helped with everything that you need and really my made my stay so much better. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on! If you needed help with anything at all she was there to help from trip plans or just everyday questions. The restaurant staff was also amazing very attentive to your food questions and wants. Food was amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Sapa in Vietnam. We will be back for another visit and we will definitely staying...
