We arrived at Prince Resort on July 19, only to discover the next day that the condo was infested with bed bugs. The property manager at Thomas Beach Vacations was dismissive and unhelpful when asked what we should do. Then we spent hours laundering what little we could take to a different condo, not at Prince Resort—leaving the rest, including 380 in groceries, behind for "treatment." Communication was not good about our things left in the Prince Resort condo - at first we were told to pack things for two days then after we were at the new condo, we were told three days. One of the owners, Andy Thomas, met with us briefly but was dismissive. After the complete disruption of our vacation, we were offered only a partial refund. We lost days of our trip dealing with bed bugs, laundry, and uncertainty. The entire experience was handled with indifference and zero urgency. Avoid Thomas Beach Vacations at all costs.

Great Place!!

We had a total of 8 people, (4 adults 4 children) There was plenty of room! Never felt too crowded or uncomfortable. Loved the fact it had 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms! Great views also. Highly recommend!

Nice, clean unit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Check in and check out is a bit hectic with so many trying to use carts at once. Staff was very friendly.

Excellent!

Absolutely love the room (VERY CLEAN), resort and surrounding neighborhood. Didn’t care for the fact that parking building was the next block down, especially after dark! Check-in would have been flawless if we didn’t have to go the additional step at the actual resort just to get a 2nd parking pass for our other vehicle especially during heavy vacationing week. Too much time. Wish all check in process was “one step” Won’t stop us from staying again but we will be better prepared.

Would stay again!

Awesome condo. Would not recommend pier restaurant. Breakfast at condo restaurant was great. Only down fall was nothing was walking distance. Thomas Beach Vacation never asked how many room keys or parking passes we needed, so a late check in with no one available, made that difficult.

Good layout - ok experience

Overall property was clean but we had partiers on the floor above us causing security to call us and knock on our door at 1:30am trying to figure who the trouble makers were. Not a settling feeling being startled awake. Due to booking through here we also had to go through the front desk in addition to the rental managers just to get a second garage key. Refrigerator was missing a top glass shelf. Layout of the condo was great though.
