The bedroom area features 2 full sized beds, nightstand, dresser for storage, and TV with basic cable.

The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features full size appliances. Guests will have access to a fridge / freezer, stove, oven, top-mounted microwave, kitchen sink, granite countertops, and plentiful cabinet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.

Behind the kitchen is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a full size jetted tub / shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and tile flooring.

Entering the living room, this is by far the most desirable area of the entire apartment. The living room is fully furnished with a sleeper sofa, ottoman, accent chair, small table and chairs, wall mounted TV with basic cable, and access to the oversized oceanfront balcony. The murphy bed is also located in the living room and will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 8th floor of the Boardwalk Resort, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins! This rental features beautiful updates in 2022 including new LVP flooring, granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, and jetted tub in the bathroom.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
