Inside was good, outside left much to be desired
First I will list the positives. Location was good and had a lot of options for groceries, drugstores, coffee and food. The inside was as described and was clean and cozy, bed was comfortable. Super easy checkin and keypad for access was convenient.Negatives- inside, pan for making eggs needs replaced, toaster needs replaced, AC in the living room wasn’t working well, so I had to keep the door open to provide AC for my son sleeping on the Murphy bed. The worst part about this place was how dirty it was outside in the hallways and elevator. Someone right below us was smoking weed when we got there- I was there with my kid. We also noticed people coming in off the streets (not staying here) using the pool, so it was always packed. We didn’t use it at all. Parking wasn’t great, but we did manage to get a spot on most nights. One morning I went to get coffee and someone was smoking weed in the parking garage. Overall, I didn’t think the cost was justified and I would not stay here again just based on the condition of the outside, the other guests, and the lack of control over who was using the facilities. Again, the inside was very clean and as described.
