Direct Oceanfront corner 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at the Carolinian Beach Resort. Spectacular ocean and coastline views from this 14th floor corner location. Spacious floor plan with the living room and master bedroom both oceanfront. Nicely upgraded interior with granite kitchen counter tops, LVP flooring in living areas and bedrooms, tile in kitchen and baths. New tiled shower stall in master bath. Beautifully furnished. Washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Resort amenities include oceanfront pools, indoor/outdoor lazy river (seasonally enclosed), hot tub (seasonally enclosed), game room and fitness room. Carolinian Beach Resort is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, close to The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, The Skywheel, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Walk to restaurants, shops, and much more.
We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.

Free Parking deck address is: 2503 Withers Dr. Note the parking deck has a different access code with the resort building gate.

Please note there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Avenue North, which may result in some construction noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.

Property is exactly as pictured. Beautiful views. Quiet and private. Quick access to the beach. Three pools next to one another, one was heated which was nice in October. Host was attentive and helpful. Kitchen stocked well with cookware and utensils. Plenty of space. Very clean. Would stay again.

This condo was ok for the 2 additional days we stayed in Myrtle Beach. The condo is showing some wear and tear, but it was comfortable enough for our stay. The view was great and looks right down on the beach. Unfortunately a tropical storm came in and the weather was not the greatest to really enjoy this aspect. The downside, they are building a new dock and so we were hearing construction noise during the day. It looks to be a very long term project.

I text the host my first day there. I received no response. Second day i decided to email as i had still received no response. Finally got a response from another number other than listed on the chevk in instructions and communication continued from there. I addressed several concerns aboyt the cleanliness of the unit; dirty and filty dishes/pots/pans, stained sofa mattress blood stained sheets and a broken freezer drawer. I was offered to get my cleaning fee back. I took pictures of everything. Once i agreed to getting my cleaning fee back, Janet then responds, please dont leave us a bad review. This was not mentioned when offered to give me the cleaning fee back. Im working with representation to see about getting a partial refund for the unsanitary conditions this place was in. I know the owner has no idea their property is not being csred for. The place has potential. They offered to reclean the unit, but what would that help? Youre not giving us a new mattress. Sheets were provided but at that point, we slept on our own blankets and towels. Blood is infectious. The brought trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Again, this unit could not have been chevked and thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival. I still never received the clean i ng fee. I addressed that and took a screenshot of the text. Im hoping the owber sees this and reaches out to me, or someone so i can see about a partial refund. We were not comfortable duting our stay at all. I was so disappointed and still

An amazing condo in a great location! Close to lots of restaurants/shopping or just enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony! Perfect

Loved the condo. Spacious for my family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Only complaint was that the cookware could use some updating, as could the unit (paint and sofa bed) but it was negligible because of how comfortable the space was overall. My teens and I took several walks during our stay and enjoyed being close to several things. Would stay again.

Great Oceanfront condo

My family stayed here for spring break. The condo was clean, had everything we needed plus a great oceanfront view. It was easy to go right to the beach and there were 2 pools, a lazy river and a hot tub. The location is close to Broadway at the Beach, mini golf and restaurants. Janet communicated well with all the instructions for check in and check out. She made sure we got settled in and even gave restaurant recommendations. Clean and comfortable

This is a nice little spot with a nice view of the beach. Even though the area in general is a little dated, and the building older, the apartment itself was clean. It was very quiet during the evening. Some construction work going on on the pier outside during the day, but that it's always unpredictable. King-size bed was very comfortable. Communication was also great.

Great place overall. Positives: clean, central location to so many things including places to eat within walking distance, floors were nice/consistent throughout (but need a spring cleaning for walking barefoot on them), bedrooms were spacious and both had plenty of light and tv, and lastly, overall complex was very quiet and peaceful with no noise heard from other units. Easy check-in and very responsive host. Recommendations for improvement would be new mattress in master and newer living room/dining future.

Perfect Spot for Family Getaway

The condo was exactly as described and reasonably priced for this time of year. Janet sent emails and texts with all of the pertinent information. Location is not far from the boardwalk, Broadway, or anything else you want to visit in Myrtle. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach!

My family and I stayed the week and had a wonderful time! This property was very clean and updated just as the pictures show. The view from the balcony was great as well. This property was also very conveniently located to many restaurants, attractions, and the airport. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions to make your stay easier. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Our family of 4, including a 15 and 13 year old, had a very nice stay at the property. The condo was clean and the view from the 14th floor was great. The property is right on the beach where we rented chairs and umbrella, and the lifeguard stand was also right there. It's just over a mile to the boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach -- and we walked to a number of restaurants and mini-golf nearby. Overall was a great stay for our first visit to Myrtle Beach!
