Long line to check in, had to park across the street. 1 elevator to get to my floor. Once off elevator all u smell is urine. Room was very dirty, carpet had old stains. Wife could smell urine between the bathroom and kitchen area. We left and went to another hotel that night…

Unfortunately, we came during motorcycle week and were unaware events were going on. So all you heard was motors running all damn day long, driving up and down the streets. The room was updated and recently renovated so that was a nice thing to see. We only stayed for one night. But it would have been nice to stay on a higher level. Also, upon booking the room through Expedia, the room description originally stated we get an Ocean view. We ended up on the first floor looking out to the parking lot. Also, I didn't like the fact that the cleaners were just sitting outside of the rooms. I guess it was the end of their shift. I did not appreciate that at all. They need to wait somewhere else. Guests are trying to check into their rooms and move their things, they don't need a crowd of people just standing outside their door. I would stay here again, but on a higher floor level with an ocean view. But it wasn't worth $200 a night for what we got.

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed on S. Ocean blvd. The staffing was terrible. The room reeked of smoke. The oven didn’t work properly. The sheeting on the bed wasn’t clean. The pillow cases had stains on it. The noise was an all night thing. Ice machines are only on two floors. The ice machines that were available were out of ice. The elevators were horrible. This is a place I would never want to stay again. The pictures are very deceiving.

Pros: Very clean. Room was easy to find. Checkin was a little complicated, but was easily managed. Always someone at the front desk. Cons: bathrooms were a little small!

definitely will be coming back to this resort! i booked the same day and process was smooth and easy!! was only there for one day but has direct access to the beach. many play water areas for the kiddos. truly was more than what expected, for the price it was. there is a $100 deposit on top of paying stay but u get it back if everything’s fine. truly enjoyed!

Out of our 7 nights there, 3 of the nights so were the police. There is an abundance of immature adults who think this place is Daytona Beach and their 21 again.. 3 AM fights, 4AM people yelling and screaming, another 4:30AM kids running up and down hallways. Just ridiculous I would have to experience this, almost every night of our stay. Calling the front desk solved nothing. It was a canned " we notified security" response to which another hour of the yelling and screaming continued. As far as the room goes, it was spacious and overall clean outside of the carpets. Definitely wear shoes at all times, more so when getting out of the shower. If you don't, your feet will be very dirty from walking on the carpets. Our particular room had a funk to it due to the carpets. We half expected it given the frat style reputation the hotel has. We would not stay here again, or at least not in or around the ground floor where they had us stay. We were 4th floor and the noise was just insane and the people who were causing this made us feel unsafe.

Lilllie from front desk was amazing in checking us in. She took no time to get us in r room I have no complaints at all. The property in our room was very clean. There was no issues with it being dirty or not having enough towels or any of that sort of thing. Customer service was amazing. Even the security guard was awesome. He was very friendly funny and very helpful. we felt very safe and comfortable being there. Thank you for the amazing experience and will be returning and will be recommending you to everyone. We know thank you once again.

Very comfortable! We upgraded from the Low rise to the tower and it was so much better....oceanview, balcony, and a kitchenette. Staff was nice! Only downfall was the overpriced cafe. We spent $29 on 2 frozen sandwiches, banana nut muffin, small coffee, and OJ. The OJ was the only good thing.

If you wasn't able to go out on the beach due to the weather you still had other activities at the motel swimming lazy River two or three swimming pools hot tub etc, lot of shopping areas shopping food grocery stores department stores
