Welcome to 'The Reach at the Beach'! Step into your oceanfront retreat and unwind with a cozy fireplace, spa shower and comfy king bed - all designed for comfort, style, and pure relaxation. Located on the 17th floor of Ocean Forest Plaza, in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our unit has been completely remodeled. No more looking through balcony bars from cheap plastic chairs. Enjoy our tall high-end Adirondack chairs and side table, while taking in the amazing view of the Atlantic coastline from our over-sized balcony. This is a True 1-bedroom condo with king size bed, additional private vanity and sink, plus completely remodeled spa style full bathroom, featuring a tiled walk-in shower, with a river rock floor and rainfall shower head. The kitchen is newly remodeled, beautiful quartzite countertops and backsplash, island with high bar stools, stainless steel appliances and upscale dishware. Free parking!

You will not get the 'cookie cutter' feel with our condo. From the original owner photos on the wall, to the hand made furniture, to the unique antique pieces...this is a one-of-a-kind vacation property that makes you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in.

Ocean Forest Plaza owners and guests can enjoy wonderful amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor pool, relaxing hot tub, sauna and outdoor grill. FREE secured WiFi. 24-hour security with surveillance cameras. Across the street is a paved fitness trail with multiple exercise stations. Buckets Bar and Grill is a great place for a beverage or a meal, located in Forest Dunes and less than a 5-minute walk. This is one of our favorite spots to visit. Many other fine restaurants are just a short 10-minute walk.

Ocean Forest Plaza is located ocean front in the exclusive area known as The Golden Mile or Cabana Row of Myrtle Beach. It is away from the crowds but close enough to all attractions making this the perfect location. There is a road that separates our building from the boardwalk on to the beach. However, there is a crosswalk and we are considered ocean front since we have an amazing unobstructed view of the beach and ocean, as seen in our pictures.

There is no need to check in at a front desk or to go to an off site office to pick up keys. Once you arrive you can go directly to our condo. This is our second home and we take great pride in offering a beautiful, CLEAN, SMOKE FREE vacation condo to family, friends, and guests.

Unfortunately, motorcycles, golf
carts, and trailers are not allowed on property except for owners. No pets are allowed, except those belonging to the deeded home owner and displaying the OFP tag.

The view was amazing. The condo was clean and well appointed. It was close to everything and directly across from beach access. The hosts were great and very prompt with responses. Parking is tight and that would be the only negative.

Beautiful beachfront getaway

Beautiful beachfront condo with amazing views. Nice property with indoor/outdoor pools and nicely manicured grounds. Easy beach access and close to amenities. I must mention the comfortable king size bed left us refreshed and relaxed.

I love this place. They have everything you need. The views from the balcony are amazing and the entire condo is updated and comfortable. I love the walk in shower. The bedroom is spacious and the living room is cozy and very nice. This is my go to place for my getaway and can’t wait to be back.

Short Beach Getaway

The condo was exceptionally clean and in a great location. The view from the balcony of the ocean was unmatched, and allow for great viewing of a Spacex launch during our stay. Close to great restaurants and attractions, but provided a great and restful respite at the end of the day.Communication with the host was excellent and made the check-in process a breeze. I would highly recommend this host and condo for any couple looking to get away.

Rainy Anniversary Getaway

Weekend anniversary getaway with my wife. It rained all weekend but still got to get out and do a few things. The room and property has plenty of amenities for rain or shine and cold or hot. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We will definitely think about this place in the future.

Absolutely Perfect

We have stayed in many vrbo properties in Myrtle Beach. This condo was perfect in every way. Perfect location, awesome ocean view, updated and comfortable decor, but most importantly it was spotless. My husband is particular about a bed. The bed in this condo totally met his expectation. The owner was amazing to work with. We will choose this condo again and again, when in Myrtle Beach!

A PERFECT week!!

I mean, the weather was perfect as well :) but this property is just a little slice of heaven. The view, the layout, the shower in the bathroom, the other guests, the location to all the surrounding fun stuff to do - just perfect. We loved this condo. We didn't want to leave. Absolutely Amazing

This rental is in a great location in Myrtle Beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. A magnificent view of the water and absolutely amazing sun rises. It is very quite and peaceful in the building and super clean. Our experience from booking to checking out was super, everything was made so easy and flawless. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and updated. It is comfortable and cozy with the fireplace. Jill, the host is easy to get in touch and talk with. We loved our stay and will be back Lorena

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

We absolutely loved our stay. The pictures do not do it justice and the view is spectacular. We arrived at night and enjoyed listening to the ocean from the balcony, but when we woke up in the morning we were met with a stunning sunrise. The condo had everything you could want with comfortable furniture and bedding. The added vanity in the bedroom was such a bonus and was one of the reasons that we chose this condo over others. I do agree the parking was tricky and I was thankful to have my husband to deal with it because it made me a nervous wreck. On the days I had to come and go alone from the condo I just parked on the street for the short time which was perfect. Overall this was a fantastic stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.
