We were in North Myrtle Beach for softball spring training so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo. The time that we did spend there was very nice. We had a lovely beach view and the accommodations certainly met all of our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again in the future.

I stay at VRBOs 4 times a year. I have never had such a bad experience. On the 1st day, we got into the pent house with a secure code entering through the 2nd floor garage. The problems started with every time we went out to the beach we could not re-enter the building. I kept sending Ruben messages requesting the building code but he refused & told us to walk up through the garage & enter on the 3rd floor (because the main and 1st floor were also locked). There was no walkway in the garage so with blind spots for cars we did not feel safe. So we begged residents to let us in after waiting for long periods of time. Also on the 1st day we also encountered a primary bedroom with no electricity. No lights, no fans etc so I again reached out to Ruben who ignored me. On the second day, I spent 1.5 hours navigating VRBO bots to get to a live person to explain we were constantly locked out and 1 bedroom was not useable because it had no electricity. VRBO got Ruben on the line. Ruben was rude and hung up, so VRBO called him back. Ruben reluctantly agreed to send someone to fix the electricity but refused to give the code. Someone came & found the fuse box & fixed the electricity. He gave us the building code. Day 3 a child pooped in the indoor heated pool. I called building security to report the situation & left a message. We noticed the pool was not closed so I kept calling. We warned people to keep out of the pool. Buyer beware!!!

PH04 was great. We have stayed at Bahama Sands for several years and love the location - right on the beach. Condo was clean and very well stocked. We will be staying there again (hopefully) next year. Owner was prompt to answer any inquiries we had.

Very clean and great views from the balcony. Could use some updating especially in the bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped except for dishwasher soap which we asked for and didn’t receive. Door code worked intermittently to lock door. Nice beach and pool area.

We are very pleased with the condo and the amenities offered. The ocean view is spectacular. The condo is very roomy and accommodating. We were very pleased with everything. After staying in condos in Myrtle Beach for several years, we've learned to look first for those with high ratings for cleanliness and this one was great. The condo was clean, the location was perfect for us, and the view was wonderful from the spacious balcony. Parking under the units made it easy to unload our stuff. We appreciated the nice variety of kitchen appliances and used the waffle iron a couple of mornings. The living space is generous and comfortable. The owner is quick to respond to questions. Cypher locks were a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice, the unit we stayed in was excellent. Property management could take care to make sure lighting in the garage and common areas works, but that is not on the owner of this unit.

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would say that was a disappointment, was we were expecting 4 beach chairs and the one that was an actual beach chair was broken and the other chairs I would classify as camping chairs that you can't lay down in. Which wouldn't have been a big deal other that I have chairs at home and didn't bring them do to the post saying they had them. So we had to go buy chairs which aren't cheap. Everything else was perfect, I would stay there again only bring my own chairs.

The place was great, Rueben was a great host. I recommend taking out the insurance as we had a couple of mishaps with a patio door handle and a patio chair breaking. Overall the place was great with plenty of room. The view was wonderful. We will definitely come back.

Spring Break Relaxation and SUPRISE ENGAGEMENT

Unbelievable location, space and Ruben was awesome. Easy to contact and ask questions. He was quick to reply and explain the various questions we had. We will definitely come back. On a personal note, our Daughter got engaged on the beach in front of the property!

Overall great plac and location. 2 issues: 1. The hot tub temperature was only 85.5 degrees so it could not be used. 2. Two of the toilets made a horrible noise when flushed (sounded like an Air-Raid siren going off). Everything else was really nice and the view couldn't have been better!

Girls’Get Away

The penthouse was exactly as pictures showed. Just 3 miles from Barefoot landing. 3 bedrooms each with their own bath. The fact you are encouraged to leave unopened non perishable goods on the counter when leaving, so they can be donated to the local food pantry is something all Vrbo owners should do. Great idea. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for big family

Condo was fantastic! Had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. Had plenty of room for all of us. The host kept in contact when needed and was very quick to respond when I had questions. We loved that the parking garage was under the building so it was just a quick elevator ride to our vehicles, made it so much easier when loading and unloading all of our stuff.
