We believe there’s something about the ocean, salt and the wind that heals all wounds and relaxes the mind. This is a Cozy, Fun retreat to return to at the end of each day!!

Individual newly installed PTAC air conditioner with electric Heater units in bedrooms, filters are often cleaned.

The Kitchen has everything you need for preparing simple meals.

We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay ( before check in and after check out)

Attention: Smart lock SELF check in system, ( DON’T go to office to check in). Please go straight to the unit after you get the elevator key from our mailbox. The entry code will be provided at the date you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom summit button before you leave the property.

Please bring your favorite Beach towels, you can easily rent beach chairs, Umbrellas at the beach managed by the City. ( 05/30-09/05)

Right on Oceanfront miles long Boardwalk, right next to SkyWheel, excellent food, entertaining, live music, bars, coffee shops, ice cream, fun activities, gift stores.. you name it.. Nothing but fun.

Free parking lots and parking garage across the street, only one vehicle is allowed. Please send us tag info. the date before you check in. We are in the center of entertainment, food, activities.. etc., you can walk pretty much everywhere. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out.

*Only one parking permit is provided per unit due to limited space on the premises. Some Vehicle information is needed to be registered required by HOA before checking in, we will contact you to help to register it)

*Front desk and services--Only available to on-site rental. We are not affiliated with the front desk. PLEASE Contact Us DIRECTLY if you need help or services.

*Breakfast cafe area is for on-site rental company only. Please enjoy so many great, convenient breakfast restaurants just steps out from the condo.
*Business center, Exercise room and laundry room are only for on-site rental company.
* Please RETURN elevator key in the hanging basket ( inside unit on the entry door) or put it back into the mailbox, LOCK it by turning the knob to the left and arrange the number, please make sure the mailbox is locked before you leave. Detail instructions/reminders will be giving before check out. ( please be aware that failed to return or lost the elevator key will result $35.00 fine to replace it).
*Quiet time from 11pm to 6am, please be mindful of others.
* Please wash the dishes after use.
* No Pets, No Smoking inside condo and Balcony, No extra guests, No Events. Any sign/evidence of these Subject to $250 fine each.
* Please Take trash out during your stay to Prevent Bugs.
* We provide the great quality towels for our guests to use, please take care of them, we charge up to $75 for stained or missing towels, bed linens, comforter and bed covers.
* Please Do Not take our bath towels out of room to beach or pools. The pool towels are provided at the pool area.
* Resort pools, hot tub MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year, we have no control over, No refunds due to this.
*Airbnb Damage Claim: We sincerely wish you all have a great vacation and enjoy your stay at our oceanfront condo. Please treat our home as your own and we would greatly appreciate it. If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items , we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center.
* Check out is by 10am. Please place used towels in towel hamper, take all the trash out. Do not set trash bags outside your door, it will resulting a charge from the HOA for clean up. You will be charged also if this occurs, please help us keep the property clean and safe for everyone.
