Had a good time, room was clean, bed was comfortable, I will say there isn’t too much space for sitting or storage room if you have 8 people. Other than that we had a great time!

Super pleased with this condo. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. But it was the view from the 19th floor that was most relaxing and enjoyable. Parking was across the street but easily accessible. Would definitely book this condo again.

We very much enjoyed having the best view of the ocean and easy access to the beach plus extra pools to have fun in. The only funny issue was that there was not enough closet space to hang up clothes.

Family trip

Overall the stay was really nice. The hotel itself was close to all the attractions. It was really clean and had a great view. The queen beds were great but the sofa bed was really, really uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be changed. I would recommend the place but it does need some upgrades to the sleeping arrangements.

Beautiful condo but parking deck is poor design

Room was clean and as described. Bed was comfy! Facility was well maintained. Only negative is the parking situation. Medium sized vehicle MAX. Parking deck design is awful & there is not enough parking outside of deck for all of today’s large vehicles!

Check out at 10 instead of 11 or later is unimpressive. They really need 6 hours for turn over for the condo?? We couldn't get our parking pass until 4pm and when we checked out at 10am, we had to bring the parking pass back to the room, so there really was no peace of mind.

Dog friendly neighbors

Nothing about this booking mentioned that this building is essentially a dog park. Some units, are not dog friendly, as is this listing, but most are (two dog limit). The unit below us had a dog that barked nearly the entire stay. And a lot of barking on the beach. My wife has high allergies to canines. And it was a non refundable booking. It could have been a premium value otherwise.

This property has a spectacular view of the beach. However the condo needs A LOT of work. The stove has a broken burner and lots of rust, the microwave also was very rusty, there is mould around the bathtub faucet and the shower would not function properly. The can opener was rusty and would not work, the pots provided were terribly inadequate for a long stay. The toaster provided was not working properly and I did contact them and it was replaced. All the furniture is extremely worn and clearly could be updated. I appreciate the fact that this is strictly a rental property but it is time to invest back into it.
