Check in was ok. Had a few issues with the lock box. Had to use key most of time. Few minor things. Had to buy batteries for remotes. Living room furniture needs replaced. We had a good time. Loved the 3 bathrooms.

Great Condo, but Bring Extra Linens

The condo is in a good location and has decent amenities, but there is literally only one sheet set and one fleece (15) blanket per bed. No bedspreads as pictured. The twin-size beds had throw-size blankets (not big enough for an 11-year old), and the king-size bed had a full/queen-size blanket. There was also only one towel per person and less than one washcloth per person. For the price of the week, I assumed we’d at least have comforters and towels. When we arrived (just after 4), the cleaning lady was still working on the condo. I believe the guests before us left the place extremely dirty, so, given that, the condo was decently clean; however, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher that stank, a sock in the couch cushions, and an empty box of contraceptives under one bed. I’m trying to be fair given that the previous guests were not ideal.

The Beach @ Cherry Grove

The condo was everything & more! Location & cleanliness was second to none. The place was so well equipped that we thought that we were home. I can’t say enough about Chris , our host, as he was available to us at a moment’s notice. Very responsive and always with the right answers. A true gem at the top of Sunrise Pointe

The Jewel of Cherry Grove

If beautiful Cherry Grove Beach is your destination then this is the condo you are looking for. It is by far the best place I’ve rented in 35 years of traveling to this location. Extremely clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated, and the views from the condo are absolutely spectacular. Christopher is an excellent host and is extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The designated parking spaces are awesome and everything is so convenient. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful property! We had a perfect week and hope to return soon. Thanks for having us!

My birthday arty

My annual birthday party at the beach was great this year. Our condo was just as pictured- clean and everything went smoothly. I would have no problem recommending this property. Especially liked the designated parking spaces- was a big plus.

Great Stay!

Our family had the best time staying in Christopher’s condo. Any time I had any questions Christopher answered in a timely manner, and was always very helpful. The condo was clean, beautifully designed, and we loved sitting out on the deck! We would definitely stay again!

A welcome respite from winter

This beachfront corner penthouse property was exactly as presented in photos. It is spacious and clean with a great, well furnished balcony for enjoying the sun and ocean view.

One of the best

Our stay at Chreey Grove was great! The condo was amazing with plenty of room and amazing views. With a family of eight, we had plenty of room and very comfy. Beautiful days on the beach and near perfect weather. The owner of the condo was one of the best I've ever worked with. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Accommodation!

Truly the nicest property we've booked in my 30+ years of visiting Cherry Grove. The property owner was very helpful, courteous, and most accommodating. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and the kitchen was conveniently stocked with everything needed to prepare food and store food. We plan on booking the same location next year as this location was perfect for our family, and the view nearly impossible to beat!

Not gonna lie, we reserved Chris’ place because by the time our family in Argentina was able to solidify the dates they would come for our family reunion, most condos were booked. But we would come back *on purpose* in a heartbeat! This condo was everything a beach condo should be—clean; tastefully decorated with plenty of room to cook, eat, and hang out together; incredible ocean view with a lovely balcony; easy beach access; great pools for rainy days, or when the kids just needed a break from the waves; fun TV options for movie nights; laundry capabilities; accessibility to good food & shopping; best parking situation we’ve seen yet… The kitchen was well-stocked with all the pots and pans needed to keep everyone well-fed—an extra blessing, considering the cost of going out to eat with a party of seven. The owner was communicative, kind, and helpful. A few things I would note (purely for the convenience of vacationers to come after us, some of which are mentioned in the info packet you’ll receive after you book), because these are things I find helpful to know ahead of time and every condo is a little bit different: •there are no beach towels/accessories/toys provided, tho’ I think they are available for rent. •there is a regular coffee pot (not a single-serve) in the kitchen, so bring your favorite grounds! •might want to bring a few kitchen hand towels and some basics (trash bags, dishwasher detergent/dish soap, etc). •there is a wonderful washer and dryer in the condo; just bring your own laundry detergent. Bottom line: highly recommend this place…except I don’t, because we want it to be available for our next family gathering. ;) We are so grateful for the sweet memories this place afforded us.

Our condo was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Our only complaint would be not having overhead lighting in the bedrooms. We loved the private atmosphere of the beach. Beautiful location.

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

Everything was absolutely PERFECT!! From the moment we arrived we felt right at home in unit 12H, everything was so clean and EXACTLY how it looks in the pictures. The view from the balcony was stunning! We enjoyed our stay so much, we are already planning a return visit for next summer. The beach was simply beautiful!! Christopher McGahey was the perfect host, he was very attentive during the check in process and made sure everything was taken care of, he obviously takes great pride in his property and it shows in every way! We can’t wait to book Unit 12H for our next summer vacation, it was the perfect blend of beauty, form, function, convenience and fun!
