- The Splash Park between Brighton and Embassy Suites next door is not accessible by any guests.
- The hot tub is off for the winter because of waterproofing the building for safety sake.

Very spacious unit with stunning views of the beach - especially the sunrise. The most disappointing thing was not being able to open the sliding glass door in the living room to access the balcony. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!
