Situated on the 18th floor of Beach Colony Resort, this direct oceanfront condo features a small kitchen equipped with a full-sized microwave and refrigerator. The upscale furnishings include flat-screen TVs and a large private oceanfront balcony. Enjoy fabulous amenities such as indoor and outdoor heated pools, a lazy river, a spacious pool deck, an oceanfront pool, a kiddie splash area, and a play zone. Located in northern Myrtle Beach, Beach Colony Resort is conveniently close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and many local attractions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: From October 14 for approximately 3 weeks, the resort will be replacing hallway carpet on floors 3–5, one floor at a time. This unit is not on the 3rd or 4th floor, but guests should expect some construction activity and noise in common areas during this period.
