The Space:

**NEW SPRING 2026 RENOVATIONS**



Welcome to Myrtle Beach Resort! This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is on the second floor of the five seasons building, so it takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach. The resort is known for it's amenities, which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, a shop, pizza parlor along with a great bar and grill restaurant. All amenities are listed below.



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



PLEASE NOTE: The resort will charge a $10 daily parking fee per vehicle, payable by credit or debit card only at the security gate upon arrival. For guests with extended stays, the monthly parking rates are as follows:

- $50 per month during January, February, March, October, November, and December

- $100 per month during April through September

For your convenience, you can also reserve and pay for parking online in advance through the resort’s prepaid parking website, which is now active and available for use.



Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up one flight to get to unit on 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.



Family room: Roku TV allows you to access any of your streaming services on the flat screen TV. Sofa is a queen pull-out.



Bedroom: Balcony access and courtyard views from the bedroom! 1 Queen bed.



Bathroom: full bathtub and shower.



Balcony: private balcony with a courtyard view.



Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: On-site laundry machines are located just steps from your unit down the hallway. Cost is $4.00 per load. Please note that none of the new machines accept cash or coins. You must download the app, then either scan the QR code or enter the machine number located on the unit to start the cycle.

1) All amenities at the resort are open to all guests

2) The Lazy River and pools open April 15

3) Indoor pool and hot tub are open year round

4) The Quarterdeck Oceanfront Bar is open weather permitted and hours vary spring/fall. Summer hours it is open until 11 pm

Getting Around:

Guests can walk anywhere on the resort. The complex has easy access parking or else guests can walk to the front gate and catch an uber/taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets.

Routine Pest Control happens on the first Thursday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
