OCEAN FRONT BEACH VIEW 4BR PARADISE

Elegantly decorated, spacious 4 bedroom condo in the AAA rated 4 Diamond building of Mar Vista Grande located directly on North Myrtle Beach. Property features indoor heated pool, hot tub, baby pool, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, lazy river, Tiki bar (open in summer), gym, and spa by appointment. Enjoy delightful ocean views from the Master suite and the balcony that stretches along the living room with brand new outdoor furniture May 2024.

Master bedroom features a king size bed along with a private bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and is located adjacent to full bathroom. 3rd bedroom 2 full beds, while 4th bedroom also has full bathroom inside and 2 Queen beds. Bedrooms have room darkening curtains/blinds. Brand new mattresses and dining room table along with new recliner end of 2022.

Other amenities include fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops, ceramic tile floor, self-cleaning range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Dining area has a table for six, plus 4 bar stools at the counter between the kitchen and dining area. There is also a large and small patio table with seating for eight total.

***We have beach supplies for guests - 8 chairs, 2 umbrellas with sand screws, beach toys, and beach cart (with access to the owner's cage outside of the unit).***

Great Location in the newer section of North Myrtle Beach on South Ocean Blvd. A short walk from Main Street which has several fun restaurants and breakfast spots and Ice cream shops with arcades. We are located close to Broadway on the Beach (20 minutes) and 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing shops and restaurants.

The condo was exactly as described and was very accommodating for our family of nine. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with ample dishes, pots, and pans. The view was fantastic! While we appreciated the generous supply of glassware, it limited cabinet space for our Thanksgiving grocery haul.Owner was very responsive and check in was seamless! Would definitely stay again!

The condo was beautiful. We loved the 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. View of the ocean was nice from the balcony. Lots of towels and kitchen items. Appreciated having dish soap and laundry in the unit. Indoor pool was amazing for the winter with the kids- warm water and not crowded at all. Hot tub was hot as well. Parking was easy and elevators were fast. Quiet condo as well- no loud partiers. Would definitely stay again!

It was a much needed quick get away for the family to reset before the summer rush comes in. The unit was nice, the view is more ocean view than front but still beautiful! Property is quiet and full of accommodations! Would definitely go back!

Family vacation

This was by far our best VRBO property experience. We had 6 adults and 3 children, 3 separate families. The condo was clean, spacious and the layout was perfect. The balcony big with a great ocean view. The pools were wonderful too. It was easy to connect with the property owners as well.

This property is amazing! I was blown away at the cleanliness of this condo and all of entire resort. I own a cleaning company and I always notice when things aren’t cleaned properly, and it really surprised me. The jetted tub and balcony was fabulous and felt like I was comfortable in my own hime. Great choice for any family to safely stay and walk 10 minutes to food, ice cream, bars, etc…One of the best places I’ve rented here and would love to stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is equipped with everything you need such as blow dryers, an iron, pots & pans as well as items for a day on the beach. Exceptionally nice condo

This was a very nice, clean condo. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We didn’t use the beach items provided in the storage locker but it was nice to have them available if needed. The new outdoor furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. I would definitely not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

This was our second stay at this property, and if our dates worked we’d stay again! We are long time NMB visitors for family vacation- this was year 26- and we LOVE Mar Vista. It is a beautiful and very clean building with good security. Owner is easy to work with, property is well-supplied and has comfortable beds (I often don’t sleep well when I travel but did here!) Spring trip

Very large and nice condo with a side view of the ocean. Plenty of pools and hot tubs were wonderful. Only complaint was that we had to buy our own soap, dish soap, dishwasher and washing machine soap for our 4 day stay. They could have provided 1 courtesy packet of each and that would have been enough. Other wise a wonderful trip for our family and nice owners.

Our First Myrtle Beach Vacation

The property was gorgeous and ALWAYS so clean! For beach front location, there was no sand in the pool and surrounding area nor the building hallways. We even noticed the fellas power washing the parking garage floor! The rental unit easily accommodated my 7 person adult group, including wheelchair. The unit was comfortable, properly stocked and prepared for our visit. The beds were comfy and the balcony had a great side view of the ocean. I hope to be able to return here again! Highly recommend.

Family Spring Break

We had a fantastic time at this condo! The layout of the unit was perfect, with adults in the front bedrooms and kids in the back bedrooms (allowed everyone to have some space and privacy). Kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. Owner was very responsive, which was great. The building was very nice and all privately owned units so it was quiet and very well kept up. Indoor/outdoor pools were fun and not too crowded. Only suggestion would be a way to stream Netflix from the main TV, even if using our own account (it seemed to only have basic cable, unless I was just too IT illiterate to figure it out! :) We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Nice but needs updating and maintenance

Location is great. Loved the pool areas and the access to the beach. Building appeared clean. The new deck furniture was nice. The living and kitchen area was nice and stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms need updating and a refresh. The toilet in the back bedroom did not flush correctly. The door to the hallway bathroom locked stuck. Just overall maintenance is needed. The cleaning was not complete. There were leftover clothes in some drawers and used tissues behind the nightstand. The bedrooms with the two beds in each were too crowded with 2 beds each and dressers making it hard to maneuver. We did appreciate greatly the locker full of beach equipment and chairs.

Fantastic Girls Getaway!

Perfection. Everything about this Condo was perfect. Starting with the detailed and responsive communication the owners gave us throughout the visit, the ease of parking, entry and just how immaculately clean everything was (including the main common areas-which smell AMAZING) to the owners storage full of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., amenities and overall property. The ladies in my family, ranging in age & agility, are very particular and we were each super impressed with how pretty the home is, the well-stocked kitchen, the comfy beds, the floorplan & furnishings were ideal, the beautiful ocean & sunset views and all the pools, lazy river, hot tub, beach access, tiki bar, just everything was top notch. All the ladies also felt very safe! This condo checked all the boxes we needed with handicap accessibility, elevators, plenty of beds, quality amenities, oceanfront, and superior location in N Myrtle Beach. Stop looking-this is one!

Wilkins Family Thanksgiving Vacation

This property is nice and very clean. My 19 year old granddaughter said this place smells nice when we walked inside of the unit. My family enjoyed it a lot, and there was enough space for the seven of us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. And there were plenty of stores near the property. We finished prepping dinner Wednesday night. Thursday was eating all day, watching football and plenty of family conversation. Friday was Black Friday shopping for us at the outlets. And we played games Friday evening. Saturday we walked on the beach, the condo is right on the beach. We could see part of the beach from our balcony. We headed home on Sunday. My husband, children and myself enjoyed the time together. We are empty nesters and our children live out of town.

Happy 70th

This was a celebration of my wife’s 70th. The condo was perfect for our family and beautifully situated in the area we wanted. The unit was not as clean as we expected but certainly acceptable. The disappointment was with our supplied beach accessories. Most of the chairs and umbrellas were damaged or broken which forced us to rent 3 beach umbrellas and 4 chairs from the rental company on the beach. Also the tv in one of the bedrooms did not work. We ended up purchasing and leaving there 2 boogie boards as the ones supplied were and in poor shape as well. If I could offer any advice to the owner, it would be for a complete clean out of the locker with new equipment supplied. The condo itself was perfect for our needs and as we will be coming back for my 70th, I’m sure the Mar Vista will be in our plans.
