**New Laminate Flooring Throughout**
Come visit our Home Away from Home at the Beach! It is a 3rd floor (elevator building) 3 bedroom / 2 bath Golf Villa located in the newest Magnolia Pointe section of Myrtlewood Golf. This community boasts 7 swimming pools, a community center, and a golf course. Enjoy the views from the screened-in balcony overlooking the lake and pool. This unit features 2 King beds, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 8). New flat-screen TV's in all rooms. Full-size washer and dryer in unit. Free WIFI and cable.
Location! Location!! Location!!! Just one mile North of Broadway at the Beach, Cal Ripken Experience, Helicopter Excursions, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Shopping, Dining, and the Beach. We are hoping to share our home with your family for years to come.

Solid Condo

We had a very nice experience. Condo was clean, there are some watermarks from water damage that could use attention. They could have more kitchenware and certain supplies but overall we would stay there again.

Annual Myrtle Beach Stay

Relaxing, enjoyable trip with friends. The condo had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The upstairs neighbors were quite loud the last two weeks, but we know that is out of your control. We are looking forward to our next visit in this unit!

All-around Beautiful Condo

The condo was not only in great shape, it was the perfect location right in the middle of Myrtle Beach within 15 minutes of pretty much everything. We would definitely recommend this condo and would go back again in a heartbeat. The communication was awesome as well!

Perfect location

Condo is spacious and clean. Great communication with the owner of the condo. Community is quiet and friendly. Short drive to the beach, water park and Broadway. Beautiful view of the lake from the back patio. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot!

We were there for a baseball tournament at The Ripken Experience and it was the perfect location! Close to Broadway at the Beach and only about 5 minutes to the ballparks. The condo was just as described and very clean. We will definitley book this condo again if we are ever back in Myrtle Beach!

Enjoyed our stay

The property was just as depicted online. Had a couple equipment issues but management took care of everything promptly. Myrtlewood is quiet, well maintained and ideally located.

Fun week

Your condo was very nice and very clean. It met our living accommodations needed for our stay. My only suggestion would be to add more glasses, large casserole dishes and large pots to your kitchen inventory. We are a family that eats in alot and needed larger items for our family. We had a great time and enjoy our visit with each other, Your condo was in agreat location also.
