WELCOME to this TOP floor unit in Magnolia Pointe + elevator. You have to step into this beautiful unit to feel the warmth and experience how inviting it is. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the afternoon sun, overlooking one of the larger lakes within Magnolia Pointe. This peaceful setting is very private and a front row seat for our South Carolina sunsets!

The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo

*1 king bed, 2 double beds, 1 queen bed.

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

* washer/dryer in the condo.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (hanging by the door) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay ($50 per lost wristband)
