We had a wonderful time for our 30th New Years get together. The property was perfect for our large group and the kitchen offered the perfect set up for our catered New Years Eve dinner. The only thing that would have made the stay better was more towels! 1 towel per person was tough, but other than that the facilities were great!

Great location

Great spot for a large group. Easy access to beach and can go back and forth with minimal effort. Very responsive managers. Parking spots are tiny and anything larger than a standard sedan will have difficulties getting in and out of spaces. Pool is very small with limited room for more than a few people to congregate around the pool area. Huge kitchen with plenty of seating and fridge space. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the parking and pool but everything else was as expected and we had great time.

Very nice property

Everything was great, except the AC wasn't cooling the third floor. Didn't matter much for us considering the time of year but in the summer it will be a problem.

Most painful review I have ever given..

I didn’t want to write this but here we are.. truths have to be told here. Booked this house for a work trip to spoil our employees, and it was almost a complete let down. Not a single hot shower for any of the guests for the entire stay. We left the faucet on for 25 mins in different rooms on separate floors, nothing worked for anyone anywhere. How is that possible with 6 water heaters?! The beds are the absolute WORST. It legitimately feels like you’re sleeping on corn bags or planks of wood, and the pillows you’re given are like sleeping with two pieces of newspaper under your head. Stacking them together doesn’t even help. Every bed accept for 1 downstairs was in this condition. Was notified by a gentleman on site, as we were walking up to check into the house that the hot tub was not working - we definitely booked it for that option and would not have booked this house if we knew this was an issue. Parking is a nightmare - this house is a duplex, and if the other renters in the other unit feels like using your spaces, they will and can block you in easily. Be mindful which spots you choose. While it’s nice to have an elevator, it takes forever - not a deal breaker but it deserves to be listed. It shouldn’t take 5+ mins to go up to the top floor of a three story house. The best thing about this house is the location, the kitchen and the amount of rooms it has - otherwise, I would not have rented.

Great vacation

Everything was great, the house is well divided, just the cleanliness that needs to be improved, there was a lot of dust and the floor was a little dirty, apart from that, everything was perfect. We had a great time!

McGhee Cousins Trip

3 generations of cousins stayed together to enjoy each other and in celebration of our dear sister/cousin we lost in March. It was her 1st birthday in heaven and she was the person that kept us all together. Great time and location to the beach ⛱️

Perfect Extended Family Retreat

There are many beautiful homes that are beachfront but what set this property above them is it offers 7+ private en suite king bedrooms. Perfect for multiple adult couples traveling with their kids and needing privacy while enjoying family time. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. It was very easy for the family to transition from the pool to the beach.

Not what we expected!😒

Disappointed about the property. We thought at this price we were renting a luxury property, but ended up with a large mediocre property. Pool and pool deck were incredibly small and not appropriate for a property that sleeps 50. Photos of the pool were incredibly deceiving and grossly misrepresented the actual size. Outside grill was too small for a home with 27 guests that sleeps 50. Bedrooms had no dresser or closet space. No balconies. TV controls did not allow streaming. The kitchen was the only part of the rental that was consistent with the listing. The other party in the second side of the building was incredibly loud well into the night and the sound insulation was inadequate. Last but not least, the fire alarm went off about 15 times during our stay do you something related to the internet access.

We had higher Expectations for the price

Sadly not as clean as we had hoped. Flooring in the kitchen needed repaired. Elevator broke during our stay. Bathroom started to leak all during our short stay of 5 nights. Location is great & if they deep cleaned the property & fixed the few items it would have been better. Along with creating a leaving room space.

We will be back

I really enjoyed the rental property and there was plenty of space for everyone. I hope when I bring my employees back again, we will need both sections as the others who rented the other section were very loud even past the proposed quiet time. The property had everything we needed to enjoy and the location to the ocean was perfect. I will bring my employees back.
