Great Stay

We used the house for a work meeting. Since each bedroom has a bathroom, we were able to use it like a hotel. The kitchen was well equipped, the beach is super close. House was clean, communication was great. Highly recommend this property.

Family Reunion 2024

56 family members shared the house—worked well. Great location. Plenty of different things to do in the area. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen had everything we needed except a pantry. Wish we would have rearranged where some things were kept to free up room to put things in the pantry closet that was being used for kitchen appliances.

Family Christmas Retreat

Second year staying here and the weekend was wonderful! Spacious, comfortable and convient stores near by for wehen we had to run out for something. Highly recommended for large group gatherings.

Family Reunion

Our stay at Cherry Grove was wonderful. We had over 50 people attend. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The children loved the easy access to the beach. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They answered my many questions with a smile. There were a few things in the house that didn’t work properly, but we worked around them and notified management at the end of our stay. They can get them fixed when the house is vacant. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely go back again.

Amazing beach house for a large group

We were a group of 20 college friends traveling with all our kids. This place was a rare find: everyone gets their own room (including the older kids), easy access to the beach, plenty of parking, and so many activities close by! We spent lots of time in the awesome pool on the property, too. The house was super clean and stocked with all the kitchen tools we needed when we arrived. Two stoves, three coffee makers, and three dishwashers meant that we never had issues cooking for the group or cleaning up after. Every time we had any questions, our contact for the rental was very quick to respond and resolve it. We’re already thinking about coming back for the next round of this trip!

Great Family Reunion location

We had 42 family members from across the country meeting for a week long reunion. The house was a perfect place for the get together. The location is just a very short walk to the beach and everyone enjoyed the pool. Everything we needed was at the house.

Great staff retreat

Our staff of 24 stayed for our fall planning retreat. The facility was great-plenty of sleeping and the kitchen with everything you could want and plenty of room. Know that the mattresses are nice-but definitely hard. And if you plan to grill out-make sure you have communicated about propane. Overall a great space and we hope to use it again next year.

Reunion a success...

The property is amazing!! We had such a fun family reunion. The property is well located and so clean and well equiped with everything needed. Everything was clean and well organized so we could spend the time just having fun. The beach is a short walk and shopping was close by.

NMB House 2 Blocks off Beach

Typical beach house that serves its purpose. The house is styled like a college dorm. Top floor all bedrooms. Main floor is bedrooms one side and with kitchen opposite side. One game room, One theatre room. Porch / balcony have no seating. No view of ocean. Pool is at ground level with limited room for seating/entertainment - no views, very closed in. Gas Grill is located in Parking area. A tropical storm came through during stay and flooded parking area and pool. Due to minor flooding Pool was unusable for majority of visit. The property is fairly bland and lacks a view. Minor issues with shower doors not closing. If you are looking for a dorm - a place to sleep and eat - this works fine.

What a gem!!!

Amazing property with all the essentials needed for a great stay. This house has a great kitchen and dining area, theater room, game room, pool area, parking, as well as comfy bedrooms. Access to Cherry Grove Beach is literally a 2 minute walk. Susan and Dina were very helpful with the booking process, and Carol, Mandy and Melisa were responsive and super helpful answering any questions we had regarding the house once we arrived. Put this one on your list as a must go to!

Perfect for small conferences

We had a women’s coaching retreat (40 guests) and this property met our needs perfectly. Plenty of eating and gathering space. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the beach to catch sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this property.
