Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the premises ! Please respect other guests . There will be a $ 250.00 additional fee if this rule is not followed.
No parties/events allowed on our premises. No pets. There will be a $200.00 additional fee if these rules are not followed.
Check out time is strictly 10AM. Our cleaning lady has a very tight schedule. There will be a $50 (per hour) past check out time .
