This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodates up to 6 guests and overlooks River Oaks Golf Course in Myrtle Beach. Located on the third floor with elevator access, the unit features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a private balcony with golf course views. The beach, shopping, restaurants, and popular attractions are approximately 10 minutes away.

The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, private bathroom, closet, and TV. The second bedroom features two queen beds and a Smart TV, with access to a full bathroom that also connects to the living area. A pull-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

The open-concept living area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, updated appliances, cookware, spices, oils, and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee supplies. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a full-size washer and dryer are provided for guest convenience.

Community amenities include a swimming pool located just steps from the building, with a pool key card provided. Beach gear, including chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and beach towels, is available for guest use. Guests can also take advantage of available golf discounts at Myrtlewood and World Tour Golf.

Guests have access to the entire condo and community pool. A vehicle is recommended for exploring Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area. Parking is available in any space in front of the building. A parking pass is provided in the welcome basket and must be displayed on the rear-view mirror throughout the stay.
