Newly Renovated Ocean Front Condo

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this recently completely renovated oceanfront condo at The Oceans! Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, this spacious two bedroom, two bath condo has a spectacular oceanfront view with a private balcony on the 7th floor.

Your kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, small kitchen appliances and cookware. There is also a kitchen table and chairs in addition to barstools at the bar.

Stay in the large ocean front master bedroom with with it's own balcony, a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with 2 sinks. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a flat screen TV and a full bath.

Gather round the large screen TV (sofa has queen bed) in the living room where you can also look out over the balcony and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. WiFi internet access is available throughout the condo. Both bedrooms have flat screen tv’s that include internet for watching movies from your favorite streaming app.

Take the elevator downstairs and stroll across the beach and be sure to visit the nearby Cherry Grove Pier on your walk. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool on the 4th floor where a clubhouse, large laundry room, and lounge area with complimentary WiFi is also available. Walk over to visit local shops and restaurants, which include a grocery store with a bakery, deli, swimwear clothing, beach games and accessories…even a hardware store.

Drive north to eat at the famous Calabash restaurants and shops or drive south to equally famous Murrel’s Inlet. Great shopping awaits at Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet OR take the family to a family style dinner and show at Carolina Opry or Alabama Theater. Kids will appreciate a visit to miniature golf courses, Ripley’s Aquarium, ice cream shops, or movies at the mall. Enjoy multiple golf courses, parasailing, and bike rentals also.

Snowbirds are welcome November thru February. Linens are provided initially but you will need to do laundry after the first week. A $250.00 security deposit, signed rental agreement, and picture of current driver’s license are required.

Relaxation at its best

The pictures do not do this property justice, it is just so beautiful. The furniture is very comfortable and the views from the balcony are spectacular. The location is absolutely perfect. You still have access to all of the Myrtle Beach entertainment but the beach is not overcrowded like other places. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying there again.

Fantastic beach condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful!!!! Very tastefully decorated and beach themed. There are not enough pictures to truly appreciate it. It was Immaculate when we arrived. Dining room table is perfect for the beach with glass topper to protect the wood, sturdy comfortable chairs, and plastic beach-themed placemats. Beds are comfortable without being too hard or too soft. Living room tables and cabinets, and bedroom dresser and night stands all have glass toppers to protect furniture. Very smart and adds to a relaxing vacation without worries about accidentally damaging wood surfaces. Living room chairs are different than pictured when we rented. The two beside the tv are now Swivel and super comfy instead of the high back chairs pictured. Plus there’s a recliner next to couch which we didn’t see in listing. Couch is super comfy too! Tv in living room is bigger than we’ve experienced before; very nice! Towels are super nice thick white ones. Nightlights in both bathrooms and hall are very helpful, as is nightlight feature of bedroom lamp. Larger bedroom has its own separate air conditioner control, which was really nice once we realized. The two balconies are a little small but sufficient for 3-4 people each with great views. The keyless entry is SO nice and easy to use! And right inside the front door are convenient hooks to hang beach towels, jackets, hats, whatever. All in all, a really great place for a comfy relaxing vacation and I highly recommend this rental.

Another great week!

This was our second stay here, and we will continue coming back. The location is ideal, and the condo is nicely decorated and comfortable! If there is any issue, Tim is a phone call away and has been very helpful.

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I have been looking for the perfect condo for many years, and we finally found it! The decor is beautiful and tasteful. We love the location; Cherry Grove Beach has been one of our destinations for 30+ years. Tim was easy to work with, and we plan to book this condo again in September.

Very nice decor and furnishings

The front door was difficult to manage. Once that hurdle was cleared, we were pleased with the condo. The building is in great need of a overhaul and update which put a damper on our overall experience. You could tell a great deal of thought and taste went into the condo and was appreciated. The condo itself was definitely a shining Diamond in the midst of dirty lumps of coal!

Fantastic!

You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Lovely decor, comfortable new furniture, great beds, wonderful view, super clean, and well stocked condo. Steps from the beach- access was super easy. Great communication with owner during whole process. Grocery, hardware, shops, restaurants, bike and golf cart rentals all within walking distance. Such a nice place. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be back again.

Great Getaway

Perfect

The location was perfect. The condo was perfect. The host was perfect. We can not put into words how wonderful this condo is. It has everything needed to make you feel at home. Beautifully decorated, large rooms and perfect location. The building is well kept and you felt safe in every aspect. The pool being on the 4th floor was great and the view of the ocean we amazing.
