For the price we paid it was a very average stay for me and my girlfriend. I am a long time local to this area but have since moved to Minnesota over 7 years ago. I remember way back when this hotel was built and it was really nice. Now...you can tell age has caught up with the building. I uploaded some pics that shows the age and lack of repairs that have been done to the unit. Toilet paper being used to and you can see water damage on a counter and the ceiling fan unit in the bathroom. We also noticed that when we finally got in and showered that our feet were black from walking in the unit. Lastly,(which is not the owners fault)some of the pool amenities were out of order which was a big bummer. My girlfriend and I usually try to book places that have hot tubs as we love to relax after working out. Overall, for the price, it wasn't that bad of a stay. The bed looked a bit shady but ended up being pretty comfortable! And the area itself is a nice area of Myrtle Beach. It is a "get what you paid for" kind of a unit. That's why I gave it 3 stars. Although I think 3.5 stars would be more accurate.

MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE CODE ON YOU!! We got in and put our phones on the counter and the door locked behind us when we went right back out. I had travel brain and we almost couldn't get back in!

Only issue is that their on site pools were closed for maintenence the whole time, however there were 2 sister properties we could use just down the road. They should make note of that. But we had a great time.

First of all, Janet the host is so good at communicating and responding to any questions I had. The condo was exactly as expected and looked like the advertisement! The hot tub outside was not working but they did have one on the 7th floor outside and the one inside was extremely cold not hot at all. The television is a little bit difficult to log into but once you get in it was ok, not like we really needed it, only in the evening. Would highly recommend the condo!!

The room is exactly as advertised. Clean and cute. The beds, pillows and sofa were all comfortable. The owner is amazing! Very quick with replies. Someone above us was smoking and after contacting Janet the issue was taken care of right away. She was extremely helpful. We personally like to keep the temperature more on the cooler side like (68/69). However, I’m pretty sure it never got below 70’s. Not even at night. But!! There was a big fan in the closet so we used it and made it work. I would definitely recommend this condo. You couldn’t ask for a better owner!!

Sweet condo for short getaway

We enjoyed our short beach visit! The condo is well maintained, clean, and as advertised. It was so nice to sit on the balcony, relax, and watch the ocean! The condo has easy access to the beach, and the pool-side bar is a great added retreat space. Janet was friendly and responsive. Everything was super easy. I do recommend that you park across the street, as the attached garage gets full quickly and is tight for larger vehicles. Across the street parking was easy peasy. Overall, definitely recommend!

Myrtle Beach

Great place to stay if you have children. Condo was clean and as advertised. Directly above the pool and right next to the elevator so it isn't a quiet getaway and parking is limited.

Convenient Location & Budget-Friendly

The property is in a great location and check-in was very easy with all the necessary details provided ahead of time by the property manager. Communication was smooth and we didn’t have any major issues during our stay.That said, the property is pretty run down. The bedding is old and outdated, and while everything was functional, it definitely felt a bit worn. It worked fine for us since we mainly used the room to shower and sleep. However, being right next to the elevator and parking garage meant it could get noisy — one night a car alarm went off for hours, which obviously isn’t the owner's fault, but it did make for a rough night's sleep.Overall, it's an OK stay for the price — you get what you pay for.

Life is a Beach

We Loved our room and Host. The Proberty had alot of amenities that we greatly enjoyed. Waking up to the ocean view for a month was a blessing.

Room was in older condition and could use a renovation but was clean. No bugs which is the most important factor. Property itself was dirty and could use a total overhaul. If the property itself was in better condition it would have been a better experience.

Great place to stay with Family.

The resort and room were clean. Had a great view. Everything was exactly how it was in the photos. The communication with the property manager was great. She was very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here. My family and I will definitely be coming back and renting from her again.

Not clean, no compensation

There is only 5 towels, 5 washcloths, and 1 hand towel for 4 people for 7 nights with no maid service. We purchased more towels ourselves. We got in at 2am. The place was nasty. It smelled bad. Looked like it hasn’t been swept, mopped, dead roach on the floor. Half UsedWater bottle on top of fridge. Trash in the trash can. Water still in the kuerig, opened coffee & sugar left out from the last person. A thank you note still there from the last guest. The toilet, floors, tub had dirt on them. We spent this morning getting/buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the condo ourselves. It’s very disappointing to spend money for a vacation and then feel like you staying in scum. We are very clean people. And we couldn’t sleep good because things were dirty it makes us wonder if the sheets were even changed from the last guest. I was told it’s a regular coffee maker. It’s a keurig. Big difference. I packed all the wrong coffee supplies. Also the remote was gross and the back is missing. The sliding door to the balcony was not on tracks so we had to work very hard to open and close it. If you closed it all the way, you couldn’t get in from the balcony. The air was set to 66 but never got cold enough to move the temperature up. When I told Janet all of this the very next day she eventually offered to have the maid come clean again—I didn’t want anyone in my room once we were in and we had already cleaned. And offered more towels we would have an additional charge for.

Steps to the Beach

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and just as pictured/described. It is in a great area and very quiet. The condo is steps away from the beach and has amazing views. I did not use the multiple pools/lazy river & hot tub but they all looked very clean! Check in/out was easy and communication with host was great. Only thing I would ask is to add an additional mirror. There is only one and its in the bathroom. Bring a small one if you need to do makeup etc, Overall great stay and would stay again.

Weekend Get Away
