Room that I was needing so more attention with cleaning,doors are little bit hard to open or close, bed was comfortable,maybe better detergent on the bed covers those have some kind of smell like poor detergent,fridge and stove little bit older they work good just don’t look the best.a nice pool was close. The only reason for the property was that it was here, but it was damaged, and I contacted them to fix it, but they never came. So I had to sleep with my roommate. My other roommate had to sleep on the floor because he didn't have anywhere to sleep, because the sofa bed was broken.

Unit was the absolute worst. Roaches were in the fridge, feces smeared on the bathroom door, and keycards did not function properly to access pools or parking garage. Horrible place to stay. I highly do not recommend!!!

After receiving confirmation that our room was ready and arriving, we found that the living room hide-a-bed was not folded back into the couch due to the bed folding mechanism was broken. We were not able to relax and enjoy the living room space do to the couch bed being out and the couch cushions piled on top of the bed. The couch was not fixed until after the 3rd day of our 4 night stay. We were able to use the living room space on our last day. Additionally the dining table and TV table was dirty and smeared. The bathroom countertop was dirty with fake eyelashes on the counter. The kitchen stovetop was dirty and two of the burners were disconnected and not able to reconnect. I spent several hours of our vacation on the phone, during the first night and next two days with Elliott properties to remedy the issues. Elliott Properties asked if a reclean was completed with me explaining that housekeeping did not return. We cleaned the space our self. I have requested some sort of compensation due to the poor conditions with not response from Elliott Properties or the Condo owner. I do not recommend that anyone use this location for their vacation.

The room we stayed in was not clean at all. Fridge was was rusted & not cleaned out. The pull out couch had crumbs on top of it & when you opened it up. There was crumbs & sand under it as well. The floors had definitely not been swept as there was trash

I did like the tiki bar , pools and Jacuzzis , beach access and inside pizza Grill bar- the front desk was very helpful and nice my particular room could use some updates cabinets and bedding. Although it was a very nice stay.

The swimming pools were all very clean and the areas around them were also very clean. Loungers were nice. The large eye on the stove didn't work and the tile floor was slippery. overall it was a nice stay and I would book this condo again.
