Settle into this bright, oceanfront 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 7th floor of Sand Dunes Resort, with room for up to 10 guests. Refreshed in January 2026 with brand-new beds and smart TVs, it's made for families and groups who want space to spread out and wide ocean views to come back to.

The condo is on the 7th floor of Tower III, with elevator access and luggage carts available.



Guest Access:

🔑 The entire condo is yours, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, the in-unit washer and dryer, and the private oceanfront balcony.



• You're also welcome to enjoy the Sand Dunes Resort amenities, including the pools, lazy river, hot tub, fitness center, and direct beach access. Amenity wristbands are provided in the condo. The kids' water park behind the resort and the reserved meeting rooms aren't included.



• Parking passes for up to 2 vehicles are waiting inside the condo. Please park only in the Sand Dunes lot or garage.



• There's no need to stop at the front desk. Head straight to the condo and let yourself in with your unique door code.



The Neighborhood:

Sand Dunes Resort sits on the north end of Myrtle Beach, offering a relaxed oceanfront setting with easy access to coastal restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and family attractions. It's the best of both worlds: a laid-back beach stay with the city a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Parking passes for 2 vehicles are included. With the beach, pools, dining, and activities all on-site, many guests rarely need to drive. A car or ride-share makes it easy to explore the rest of Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand, and Myrtle Beach International Airport is a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

▶︎ Self Check-In

• Check-in is not at the Sand Dunes front desk, and resort staff can't access your reservation. Head straight to the condo at check-in time and use your unique door code. 15-minute parking is available for unloading.



▶︎ Parking

• Parking for up to 2 passenger vehicles in the Sand Dunes lot or garage only. Two orange parking passes are provided in the condo. Please keep them visible in your vehicles at all times.

• The resort doesn't allow bicycles, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, motorcycles, buses, trikes, watercraft, or oversized or commercial vehicles. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.

• Parking is first-come, first-served during peak times like holidays, summer weekends, and major events.



▶︎ Amenity Wristbands

• Wristbands are provided in the condo, one per guest. Please keep them with you while on resort property. The kids' water park behind the resort and the reserved meeting rooms aren't included.



▶︎ Age Requirement

• The primary guest must be 21 or older.



▶︎ Length of Stay

• The maximum stay is 20 days. Longer stays may be available by request with approval before booking.



▶︎ Pets

• Sand Dunes Resort is a pet-free property. Service animals are welcome. Please message us before arrival so we can help coordinate with the resort.



▶︎ Security Cameras

• Sand Dunes Resort has security cameras and security staff in non-private areas, including hallways, elevators, and amenity spaces. There are no cameras inside the condo.



▶︎ Beach

• Beach gear isn't provided, but seasonal rentals are available from the lifeguard stands.



▶︎ Pest Control

• Routine preventative pest control is done monthly and may happen during your stay.



▶︎ Privately Managed

• This condo is privately owned and managed by our local team, so resort staff can't help with reservations or condo access. We're available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. Arriving after 11 PM? Message us ahead of time so we can plan for your arrival. Messages sent overnight may get a delayed response.
