Ventonia

Just not what I thought I was getting. The advertisement/pics led me to believe that l got a room from the renter out of other rooms that they had but not the one I I thought I was getting. At my check in the front desk clerk could given more a little more clarity about the questions I was asking....when she discovered I was not a hotel guest and a rental guest she didn't seen interested in really assisting me nor did the person at the next desk. When I emailed the host with a question, I was referred back to the thousands of emails I received to to find the answer. The coffee machine was not usable because it probably has not been cleaned in a long time; went and got my own mini coffee machine; one bed was so hard my back hurt so I switched to the other one; only table chairs present so since there was no accent chair or small mini sofa I had to do my computer work all day on the hard table chair or sit up in bed.

Quand nous sommes arrivés, la chambre était dans un état pitoyable. C'était sale. Nous étions dans un étage en rénovation. Il y avait du bruit du matin au soir. Nous avons demandé a changé de chambre et personne n'a voulu nous aider. Les réparateur essayaient d'entré dans la chambre pour faire les rénos comme si la chambre devait être libre. Nous n'avions pas droit au ménage quotidien n'y a des serviettes propres 😕 pas plus a du papier de toilette, nous avons du en acheter tout le temps de nos vacances. Lorsqu'on demandait de l'aide le gars a l'accueil nous disait qu'il pouvait rien pour nous.. il était bête comme si ont le dérangeait . Nous devions quitter jeudi le 27, et mardi le 25 ont nous a informé que mercredi nous pourrions pas sortir de notre chambre parce qu'ils arrachait les planchers extérieur et mettrai de la colle..... Nous avons été en vacances suite au cancer des poumons de ma mère..... Comprenez qu'elle ne pouvait respirer de la colle!!! Nous avons du quitter 2 jours avant la fin de nos vacances. Finalement ma mère a pas eu le repos recherché. Nous sommes vraiment déçu de notre expérience!
