Welcome to your stunning beach retreat in Myrtle Beach! This newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach home is a single-story paradise just 1000 ft from the ocean, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious and airy open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. Gather around the dining table for family meals or relax in the cozy living room, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The highlight of this home is the two master suites, each with its own private bathroom, providing ultimate privacy and luxury for guests. Bedroom 2 features two double beds, ideal for accommodating additional guests or children, while bedroom 3 also offers two double beds for a comfortable night's sleep.

Outside, you'll find an oasis with a refreshing pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or lounging in the sun with a good book. The spacious outdoor area is great for outdoor dining, BBQs, or simply relaxing and enjoying the coastal breeze.

For added convenience, the home includes a large laundry room and comes fully equipped with beach essentials such as towels, a wagon, chairs, and boogie boards, ensuring you have everything you need for a fun-filled beach vacation.

With its prime location just steps from the ocean and a wealth of amenities, this beach home is the perfect getaway for families or groups looking to experience the best of Myrtle Beach in style and comfort.



Early Check in Policy: a $45 early check in fee will be applied if available. Please reach out to the host.

Guests will have full access to all spaces within the rental property, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, outdoor amenities, and any shared/common areas. Enjoy the complete comfort and convenience of a home away from home during your stay.

This home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood just a 2 minute walk to the beach! There are a plethora of eateries within walking distance.

Easy to get around by car or rent a golf cart to be delivered during your stay!

Additional Services & Policies

We want to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! The following services are available for an additional fee:

Early Check-In: If available, early check-in can be arranged for a $45 fee. Please contact the host to check availability.

Pet Policy: A $100 additional fee applies for a second pet.

Trash & Recycling Pickup: Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. No need to worry about taking the bins to the curb—we have someone who will handle that for you and return the cans after collection. We just ask that you place any bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins before pickup day.

Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays longer than 28 days, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. This ensures the home remains fresh and well-maintained for your extended stay.

Bicycle Rentals: Bicycles can be rented and delivered to the property. Contact the host for pricing and arrangements.

Beach Equipment: There are four beach chairs, a wagon and 10 beach/pool towels available.

Baby Equipment: Need a crib, stroller, or high chair? Baby equipment can be delivered upon request. Let us know in advance to arrange delivery.

Grocery Delivery: Arrive to a fully stocked kitchen! Grocery delivery is available—just let us know your preferences.

Golf Cart Rental: Explore the area with ease! Golf carts are available for rent. Contact the host for details.

Event Planning: Celebrating a special occasion? We can assist with event planning to make your stay even more memorable.

Dining Recommendations: Looking for the best local eats? We’re happy to share our favorite restaurants and must-try spots.

The house was very clean and nice. The only thing i would change is there is not enough sitting for more then 5 people not less you use the kitchen chairs. So that was a little uncomfortable.

My friends and I had a great time at this property. It was kept clean and tidy, and when we ran out of garbage bags, someone was sent over right away to bring some which was really appreciated. The only issue we had is that the pool was marketed as "private," but we actually had to share with two other properties.

The inside was beautiful. The outside needs work. There isn't a sitting area outside except in the pool area, which was fine except its a shared space. The grounds need some landscaping. Alisa was very accommodating with everything Good thing i had the renters insurance. I think my grandson who uses a sippy cup must of gotten something on the white comforters because i just got a notice that they were reported as being damaged and need replaced. So if you rent this house just be aware to be very careful where your kids have drinks or food.

It was also a wonderful location...by the beach, by shopping, and quiet from moving away from the noisy boardwalk center of Myrtle Beach. The house shares a pool. The inside was very comfortable, clean, and easy to navigate in the kitchen. The host, Alisa, was helpful in wanting to know that we were content. We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the house. This property had all the qualities of a great stay on the inside. It was very clean and accommodating a group of 8 adults nicely. It was also an easy drive to the airport which was nice for arrivals and departments. Communications back and forth with the hose was very helpful as well. Although the property was fantastic on the inside, the outside could have used some clean up. It was also not very eye appealing and wasn’t the best location. If you are looking for a family getaway spot, this wouldn’t be the most comfortable location wise spot for you. The pool pictures were also deceiving, as it was a common pool area and not personal to this house, as you would expect from the pictures. Overall, nice stay on the inside for a group of young adults, but would need work on the outside for other travelers.

We loved this house for 2 couples and 5 teenagers it was a perfect location for a couple blocks to the beach and close to restaurants. Each couple had their own King bed that were very comfy with their own bathroom and the teens shared theirs. We did think the pool was in the backyard but it was across the driveway to share with the other homes on the property but was very nice. Only thing when we got to the property there was construction going on but the gentleman were very friendly and didn't really bother us. Alisa did allow us to check in early with only a $45 fee and we were grateful for that due to anxious teenagers. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town working an event and this house couldn’t have been more perfect for what we needed. Location was great, house was clean, beds were comfortable, great water pressure. No complaints from any of our crew. The only minor annoyance was that the passcode for the door was a little long. My son was overly eager to try to open it and ended up locking us out with wrong attempts (it makes a horrible loud noise when that happens!) but after just a few minutes it reset and we got in.
