Located in Sand Dunes Resort this 3 Bedroom Condo has AMAZING views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen, dining room, living room, and main bedroom! This condo can sleep up to 10 people! Bring your friends or extended family on this vacation with you! This condo has three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is updated with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and is furnished with cookware and dishes. There is a washer/dryer for your clothes in this beautiful condo as well! Everything you need to make this vacation more convenient and restful.
Note: this condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swims in the pools, onsite restaurants! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.
Getting Around:
Close to airport, taxi, uber and rental cars!
Other Things to Note:
This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a lazy river that wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighboring kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. Inside there is a pool and a hot tub to enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or to enjoy the shade.
Note: Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.
