We had an amazing stay at Kingston Residents in Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beach and a short walk to everything we needed.Wet Whistle was our go-to for beach drinks and quick bites, we explored the many pools on the properties, and had a great dinner at Black Drum. On more laid-back nights, we ordered from Pizza Chef—super convenient and hit the spot.The property was quiet, well-maintained, and super easy to access. The management team made check-in simple and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a stress-free beach getaway. We’d definitely come back!

As advertised!

We’ve stayed on every property at Kingston and this one didn’t disappoint. Best things about this specific listing were the comfortable beds and access to the kiddie park. Would definitely recommend!

Family friendly

The 3 bedroom3 bath condo was perfect for 7 adults and 4 preschool children. It was so close to pools and the ocean. The room was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.

It was great.

An enjoyable stay in a very nice condo

We really enjoyed ourselves in this spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. The furnishings were very comfortable, the unit was clean and had what we required. The parking garage was adjacent to the building, and you could drive up to the front and drop off your luggage and grab a luggage cart. The pools and grounds were very nice, but we weren't able to sample in January. We will come back when the weather is warm. It was close to Highway 17, but not too close. Several restaurants attractions were nearby. I highly recommend this property. My whole experience with the property management was efficient and pleasant. No complaints whatsoever.

Wonderful condo!

We rented this property for only two days but my family and friends would love to come back and stay much longer. It actually looks better in person and we all felt at home. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Can't wait to come back!

This Property and Team Saved our Vacation!

My family and I booked a Myrtle stay pre-COVID at another property about 10 minutes away. When COVID happened I wasn’t refunded. Fast forward to this year’s vacation and we wanted to use the property we paid for last summer. We showed up with our four daughters and quickly realized that the property was not as advertised. We frantically began our search for a new property. It was late. We felt our efforts would be futile given it was last minute and in the middle of summer. We came across Randy. Not only did he work with us at 10:30 PM to ensure we were able to secure a place the next day, but Courtney was able to get us in early. The property was amazing! Spacious, clean, and so many amenities for the kids. We visited the splash park, multiple pools and the beach. It’s a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and the outlets are maybe 5 minutes away at most. Everyone on the property was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and top notch. We recommend the location and definitely recommend Randy/Courtney for your Myrtle vacation needs. We will be back! -Sha and Jeff
