The building was in a clean, quiet, safe neighborhood (Ornos) that's walking distance to the beach and two grocery stores. There was a fridge and hotplate in the room, and the room was spacious and clean. Peter was extremely welcoming and helpful with anything I needed. I will absolutely stay there again the next time I am on Mykonos!

Beautiful location. Our room was perfectly sized, the property was beautiful. Easily walkable to irmos beach and all the restaurants. Great bakeries for morning snacks right there.

Hotel is rustic, but clean and well maintained. Peter is a great host. Walking distance to everything, but not really "walkable" as there are no sidewalks in Mykonos: you walk on the street with the vehicles. Location can't be beaten on the island: 1 minute from a beach connected to all others by water taxi, 1 minute to bus station connecting to Chora. I would recommend this place to stay in Mykonos.

When we arrived we were told that we had been double booked and would need to move hotels. Even though I contacted them asking about checkin details and we were not even pre informed until arrival. We wasted half that day waiting around, then being shifted to new hotel and were promised that the hotel we would be moving to, was nicer in fact, but just in a different location. This was not the case We chose peters studio because of the location in Ornos which is a beautiful area, walking distance to beach and shops. The other hotel we were moved to was average, small, in a more remote location, where we had to take buses which at night didn’t feel safe. Eventually we had to rent Quad for 40€ or take taxis which cost 20€ each way to anywhere. The room had no facilities as the studio had (kitchenette) and no wi fi, which was a huge inconvenience trying to figure out where to go or what was even near or how to complain. The whole situation just seemed very pre planned, so I don’t know if this is common for them to over book rooms then just shuffle people around. Either way we were very unimpressed as this really effected the first 3 days of our trip. Loads of time wasted, more expenses getting around, not to mention feeling really disappointed on your holiday. Finally after complaining for 3 days straight, they moved us back to peters and did the same thing to another guest checking in, so we at least enjoyed 2 days of our trip. And the studio was what we wanted.

Peter was a very friendly host. The room was clean and included a kitchenette. It was very quiet. The studio apartments are located in Ornos, which is a bus ride away from Mykonos town. Peters is very close to a bus stop which was convenient. It is also a 5 minute walk to Ornos beach. There were a lot of good restaurants close by. If you’re looking for a quiet accommodation outside of Mykonos town I would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful area and host

Had an awesome time staying at Peters studio. Peter was so kind and sweet. We had an apartment with a balcony. Spent most of our free time in the room on that balcony. Room is perfect for what you need it for. We stayed for 2 nights. Peter called us a taxi the morning we were leaving for the airport. A taxi couldn’t be there for 40 minutes, so he offered to drive us to the airport! He was such a sweet man and I recommend this place to anyone!

No Communication!

First of all I didn’t get back any information about my reservation although I sent messages a few times. This is a disgraced. Finally I have to call customer support. We have spoken 15min. approx. I have payed 25 EUR to my telecommunication company for international calling :/. And customer support gave me a number to reach property. We’ve got check in lately and they gave us French bed room but my preference was 2 twin bed. :/ Very small bathroom, you can not turn or put your hands up while taking a shower. The apartment has free parking.

ich kann die Unterkunft nicht bewerten da am Tag meiner Ankunft mir mitgeteilt wurde das Peters Studio überbucht sei und ich woanders hin müsste. ich hatte mich mit Freunden verabredet an der Ornos Bucht, das neue Hotel war in den Bergen. Ich bin stinksauer.

Peters studios is a little jem! We got a lovely warm welcome from Peter & were shown to our room. It was small but perfect for our needs & was well equipped with plenty of storage, a small kitchen & dining table & a balcony with table & chairs. The bed was not the most comfortable, but was ok for a week. It is ideally situated between 2 beaches (about 5 mins walk in either direction), less than 5 mins walk from 2 bus stops & a great bakery, 2 mins walk from a well stocked supermarket, with restaurants & Car/bike rental places around too. Mykonos town is just under 2km away - you can walk it (we did once) but the beach is easy & not expensive. Peter was our hero at the end of the holiday when the travel company mucked up our airport transfer - he saved the day! The only thing was that we struggled to get WiFi in the room - not the end of the world - we often had to go downstairs to get any reception. I would definitely stay there again

La camera rassomigliava più ad una baita di montana piuttosto che ad un studios greco Bagno fatiscente ed arrugginito Cucina con posate tutte scompagnate come pure i bicchieri Sedie in poggiolo con un dito di polvere Oltretutto carissimo Spero di ritornare a Mikonos , ma non più in questa struttura.

Beau studio a 5 min de marche de la plage

Cuisinette complète, balcon avec table pour prendre repas, personnel sympathique, supermarché en face. Avons passé 3 nuits du 2 au 5 juil 2016. On y retournerait c'est sur. Très propre.

Great location and staff

No complaints about Peter's Studio. Don't worry that it isn't right next to the main town or Paradise Beach because both are easily reached on a scooter. Our room had a nice terrace with a table and chairs. We arrived in Mykonos really early in the morning and the staff allowed us to leave our things with them and then we chilled at the beach until our room was ready. On our checkout day our flight left late at night and, again, the staff allowed us to leave our things with them while we chilled at the beach then let us use a shower when we came back and were ready to leave.
