"What a great family weekend! The house was perfect. We had 19 people and the accommodations was more than we could ask for. From the Welcome Basket when we arrived to the indoor pool and game room! The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of beach towels in the pool area. The game room was fun for the kids to hang out. We enjoyed the deer in the morning walking by to the look out over Lake Michigan. Highly recommend the beautiful home. "

"Couch was absolutely disgusting. Towels were all damp, shower curtain was a pain to move and the cause of the damp towels. Towels also looked to be older than me. Both bedrooms smell. Property manager was responsive the only time I called (only called in regards to parking and she was very friendly)Location is perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. The place just needs to TLC. "

"Everything about this rental was 5 stars. The cleanliness of the home and property and the wonderful small touches all throughout the house. We loved the short walk to the beach with our dog so she could swim in the lake and we could watch the sunsets. We enjoyed using the hot tub each night as the temperature was cooler mid October. Valerie communicated with us to make sure everything we needed was available. Would love to come back with more family in the future. "

"Home was beautiful and clean. Stairs were nice and new to get down to the beach but extremely steep. There was no beach accessories although the home was well stocked with necessities. Down side was check in and check out times. Check in time is at4 which is quite late in the day and check out is 10 am which is super early and non negotiable. I feel for the price and if I’m paying for an entire day (check in) that should be earlier or given more time at check out."
