気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
I want to start by saying the room itself was clean, the bed comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. That said, the overall experience was challenging and left us feeling uneasy. The hallways and stairwells were noticeably dirty, likely due to high traffic, and the surrounding area felt unsafe. I’m from a similar neighborhood myself, but I don’t travel to revisit those conditions—I travel to feel safe and relaxed. If I had brought my own car instead of a rental, I would’ve been up all night watching it. When I reserved the room, I booked it for four people. However, when we arrived, there were only three towels in the room. After spending the day at Michigan’s Adventure—sweating, swimming, and being in the sun—we all needed showers. Having to go downstairs to request an extra towel before we could even settle in was frustrating. It wasn't a short walk, it felt unnecessary, especially since our reservation already indicated four guests. It wasn’t like we were trying to hide anyone. Another issue was with the room keys. On both days, our keys didnt working. The first day, we had to go back to the front desk to get them activated. The second day, after returning from Michigan’s Adventure around 6 PM, the same thing happened again. We were told it might be because the keys were near our phones, which I understand—but my sister’s key had been left in the car, untouched, and hers didn’t work either.
