「The owner and staff were super helpful. AMA inv restaurant. Great view. Spacious and very quiet room. 2 Albanian boys who grew up in Italy opened this hotel a year ago. Very hopeful and high potential but seems like still trying to figure out. So customer must be patient. No phone in the room. 「We had a very good experience here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the air conditioning helped keep the room pleasant. The views from the room to the ocean were really beautiful. Breakfast wasn’t huge in terms of variety, but the food was fresh and enjoyable.」

「The place was clean and the staff were kind despite some language barriers from the female staff member, there was an issue with the phone so when I told male receptionist that I wanted breakfast at 9AM(they said they would call me when it’s ready) nobody came through and nobody came up to knock me because apparently they didn’t want to disturb I never said I didn’t want to be disturbed so somebody probably should’ve come up to get me because it meant that my breakfast was left out for an hour....

「This was a nice, convenient hotel. Very clean and very warm and accommodating staff who helped us get our luggage in and get our car parked. We had a lot of space and slept well. The only issue was trying to keep the water within the shower, since there were no walls.」

「Cozy and very central hotel, right in the center of Saranda and very close to the bus station. The owner was absolutely wonderful, he took us to the bus station in his car because it was 6am and it was raining. He made a huge difference. We recommend this hotel!」

「Hotel m a r a v i l h o s o!!!!!!!!!!! Sem palavras para descrever tão bom esse hotel. Vista de tirar o fôlego, roupas de cama e toalhas de qualidade. Café da manhã incrívellllllll. Pessoas q atendem impecavelmente bem, gentis, prestativas e educadas. Em especial a Ângela, o Riseld e o administrador q infelizmente não sei o nome mas igualmente impecável no atendimento. 「Très bel emplacement avec plage privée et prêt de toutes les attractions. Accueil très chaleureux de Tony et il a été de bon conseil. Nous étions hors saison en début Avril. La piscine était donc fermée mais nous avions tout de même accès au chaise longue.」
