Brand new amenities. The location was great in the best area of the city where you dont have to use car or taxi, because everything is reachable by walking. Less then 150 from the closest beach Highly recommended

The unit is well presented, recently renovated and attractively furnished, with a great sea view. It is close to the city, the boardwalk and several dining options. The owner is very helpful and super responsive. He did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

I had a studio apartment (without a washer) with view toward the sea. The place was all very clean. And the staff very responsive. My only little complaint is that the hand-held shower head didn’t work — sprayed water all over the place. So had to use the “water fall” shower. But not such a big deal. I hope to come back.

Spacious modern apartments close to the beach. Best accommodation we have stayed in for the price. The apartments look very new and are beautifully decorated. Only issue would be if you have a car, the road up to the property is narrow and difficult to navigate as cars go up and down all the time but struggle to pass each other. We didn’t have this problem thankfully as we were walking.

Potential but trouble

We had a lot of trouble at Joanna, when we got there it was empty so we had to call them and apparently something was wrong. So we had to spend the first night in another apartment on the same street but it was nothing like our reservation. The morning after we got our room although it was not really what we expected so we were offered a much bigger suite higher up and it was beautiful so we took it. Although later on we saw some other problems. The bathroom was occupied by ants and the kitchen had nearly no plates or cavalry. We ate cereal from wineglasses… There also was no dishwasher or soap or spounge so we couldn’t do the dishes. The daily cleaning as it said on our reservation only happend once and we had to ask for it. I think it is nice apartments overall and has potential but for us it took a lot of energy with all the troubles and sadly it went out over the vacation.

Rummet var rent och fräscht och uppfyllde våra förväntningar. Läget med några minuter från stranden och nära supermarket och några restauranger var bra. Prisvärt, mycket valuta för pengarna. Dock var det lite lite produkter i köket, bara en kaffekopp och två glas trots att det var rum för tre. Och bordsknivar saknades helt. Det var lyhört mot korridoren och ut. Hörde några hundar skälla lite nu och då, vilket såklart inte var lägenhetens fel. Men än dock störde det. Överlag en bra upplevelse och jag kan absolut tänka mig att komma tillbaka.

レセプションはいつも開いているわけではないようですが、チェックインの時間に行くとスタッフさんがオーナーに電話してチェックインの手続きをしてくれました WhatsAppで事前に連絡をとればさらにスムーズにチェックイン手続きできるかも知れません 部屋はバルコニー付きで眺めが素晴らしいです 広くて清潔でキッチンも付いていて快適です シャワーブースがなくて、トイレと洗面所と一緒なので、床が水びたしになるのが気になりましたが、スタッフさんは明るくて親切で、値段もリーズナブルなので、またサランダに来たら泊まりたいと思います
