"Our stay at the hotel was simply excellent. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and always happy to help with a smile. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were also very well maintained and the atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from and definitely exceeded our expectations. The only thing we would have appreciated in the room was a kettle with coffee and tea. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"Numa El Carmen has a minimalist, modern design and the location is excellent. The apartment looked just like the photos, and overall it was a clean, comfortable base for exploring the city. There were a few small issues worth noting. The bathroom door creaked quite loudly, which made it difficult to be quiet when the other person was sleeping, and the extractor fan didn’t seem to be working. The lobby area felt a bit underwhelming compared to the rooms, and on our last day some of the luggage lockers weren’t working when we tried to store our bags. It also would have been nice to have water bottles provided each day. As an aparthotel, daily room refresh isn’t included and comes at an additional cost. There were options to request clean towels and sheets, and I understand the sustainability angle, but it’s something to be aware of. We tend to keep things tidy, so it wasn’t a major issue. All in all, despite a few minor drawbacks, it’s a great place in a fantastic location and I would recommend it."

"Pool closed. Booked a room with a bath. No bath. Staff refused to swap room on arrival . Wanted an extra €70. Very rude, very public discussion. Unprofessional. Finally agreed to move us for last night. No coffee or tea facilities. Don’t go off room description it’s not what you get."
