"Very goof"

"I had a great time here. The pictures actually don’t do it justice! The staff are great, it has a fantastic rooftop bar and pool area and it’s in a nice, quiet location. Breakfast was excellent too! Shower was also really good. "

"During pre-reservation/check-in they almost additionally charge us thousands AGAIN to “book” our reservation, when we already booked and paid thousands on Expedia months before. Had to get on a call with Expedia to sort everything out and turns out it was a mistake on their end. However the hotel ended up reaching out and clarified things. Also had ants in our room that would crawl on the tables, cabinets, and bed. Room was smaller than expected and walls are thin. There is construction outside but we were facing the courtyard so didn’t hear much. On the upsides, staff were very helpful and kind. Helped us luggage storage since we got here in the morning. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Location is fantastic and near most attractions within a train ride or walk away. Honestly the best part of the trip. Better staying at a hostel for the price though. Honestly a stressful experience, disappointing, and frustrating overall. However location, staff, and transportation convenience makes up for everything."

"We were in Barcelona for a short city break so didn’t spend too much time in the hotel or using facilities. The room was a per the pictures and very comfortable. We ate out for breakfast each day as we felt €20 per person per day was steep (we found great local lunch/brunch spots nearby for nearly 1/2 the price). All staff were polite and accommodating and the rooftop pool and bar were stunning. Great location less than 5 mins walk to the metro and right next to a huge Westfield mall. Would recommend and would certainly come back!"

"I only had a couple days in Athens so I wanted a location close to what I wanted to see, and the hotel was perfect for this. Staff are above and beyond, so friendly and helpful!! My room was big, and very clean. I didn't have the breakfast, but I heard great things about it from other guests. Tons of shopping, dining options and main sights are all walkable from this hotel. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Just a reminder that the ac in Spain is not working on to the summer starting!"

"The rooms are clean but very tiny. The bathrooms are excellent with lots of space and very modern. The hallways are dingy and very dark and the location isn’t the most convenient. Also, we stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping is only available for a minimum stay of 6 nights (we stayed at multiple hotels in Europe and all of them offered daily housekeeping, so this was a bit unexpected)."
