The front desk staff in the afternoon (Munna) had some problems and it was difficult to communicate. On the second afternoon, the room had not been cleaned, water had not been refilled, and the bed had not been made, he said, "I will call you right away, so wait in your room." I waited for a long time, but no one came to my room. As I was about to go out, the cleaning staff came to my room in the evening, so I asked, "Don't you clean the rooms every day?" and the woman in charge came. She said, "The rooms are cleaned after the guests check out," so I asked, "Is that the policy of this hotel?" She said, "Wait a minute," and called out to the cleaning staff, and they all left somewhere. I asked the front desk what had happened, and he answered, "I heard that you said that the rooms don't need cleaning." and it turned out that the woman had lied to the staff. When I saw her, she just pretended not to know and ran away, hiding in another room. Witout her, I can say with confidence that it would be a nice hotel.
