"Overlooking a small valley with tight woods and olive trees it is the quietness and peacefulness (and if you want: natural darkness) that stand out. Situated on top of a small mountain in a tiny village near Alassio and Albenga the house is well equiped and a good place to return to after a trip; for instance to San Remo."

"Apartment is located 50 m from the beach promenade. Garage entrance is only for small cars. Public parking along the street is always occupied but 300 m away you can find one (direction to Langueiglia). Apartment itself was very comfortable and clean."

"Nel complesso ottima per compagnia e meteo, non buona per guasto riscaldamento(sopperito parzialmente con pompa calore) e per sveglia al mattino ore 5 per apertura bar sottostante. "

"Die Anfahrt ist schon ein Abenteuer – enge Serpentinen bis ans Ende der Straße, aber es lohnt sich! Das Haus sieht aus wie im Prospekt, mit einem traumhaften Platz in der Natur. Dachterrasse mit Wahnsinnsblick, Moskitonetz (leider nicht umsonst dort ) und Strom gibt’s, wenn man die Sicherung findet. Ein bisschen Staub auf den Möbeln und Bettzeug fürs dritte Zimmer wäre nett gewesen, aber egal: Wir hatten wunderbare Tage dort!"

"Overall it was ok, the appartment was clean and had a nice garden. On the downside the appartment was too small to host 9 persons, five people had to sleep in the Livingroom and one of the sofabeds was too bad to sleep in. There was no coffeebrewer or likewise, no toaster and no wineglasses. Many of the outsiders lights on the premises were our of order so it got really dark. The pool had very limited opening hours. 10-19."

Good, but….

"The hotel is very good, excellent swimming pool and very near to the sea…. Comfortable bed, nice shower and a good breakfast, but it looks like they forgot to add a bar when designing the hotel! The bar was a little shack manned by too many staff that stuck to their job only. When the “man who only grilled food” appeared at the till… his arms went up not my job. When the ‘till guy” took 5 or 6 orders at a time, he didn’t help the “drinks person" and then we had to wait for the “serving person”. One last thing, when we ordered bottle of wine we didn’t expect it to be already opened! When we complained at the time, we were told that was the wine measure. Not impressed."

"Parked in multi-storey behind/under hotel. Free and simple. Savona is a very busy place. We only stayed for a one night stopover. Staff on reception desk helpful and friendly, had upgraded us from a triple room to two adjoining rooms. Room clean and spacious. Tv took a while to connect too and work( it’s rather high tech) and I’m young!"
