「Our room was considerably less elegant and chic than the photos suggest. It seemed quite cheaply put together (eg, ceiling access panels poorly fitted and looking as though they were about to fall in; a 'sliding door' to the living area that was not attached and could have easily fallen on a guest; peach coloured Artex walls that matched neither the floor nor the wallpaper, plastic houseplants and an overall vibe of an underground car park).

「Customer service and communication were excellent, and the staff were really friendly. The location was fantastic and parking was conveniently close and good value. The apartment itself was nice but needed a deep clean. We planned to use the washing machine, but it had a strong unpleasant odour, and there was mould inside the rim and the detergent drawer. There was also mould around a couple of the air conditioning vents. A shelf in the main bedroom wardrobe was damaged, so we didn't use it in...

「Bra sted sentralt.
