CasaDeLuxe Riquelme is located on the prestigious Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in Sucina, Murcia—a peaceful and secure gated community built around a stunning 18-hole, par 72 golf course.



The 75 m² apartment offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.



Guests can enjoy the balcony, ideal for breakfast in the sun or an evening drink overlooking the resort. Outdoors, you will find an open garden and a large swimming pool. Two sunbeds are provided for your convenience, and access to multiple shared swimming pools (19 in total on the resort) is included.



Further amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a TV, and a washing machine. Parking is available both on the property and in a garage, and an elevator provides easy access within the building. Pets are welcome.



In addition to golf, the resort offers a wide range of free sports and leisure facilities, including tennis and padel courts, outdoor gym equipment, football and basketball fields, and pétanque (boules) areas. Tennis and padel rackets are available in the apartment for guest use.



For your convenience, the resort offers a supermarket (including bakery) with extended opening hours, an ATM, a lunchroom, and a restaurant.



The resort’s location makes it an excellent base for exploring the region. The beach and shopping mall are just 20 minutes away, the vibrant city of Murcia is 25 minutes by car, and the nearest major airports are Alicante and Murcia International Airport.

Winter And Rains

Storage Space are chuttered whith personal affairs of the Owners. The storage bed King size is full and became noisy and uncomfortable.The toilet seat and the roller shutter must be repaires. Not enought patère mural In the second room a second nightstand is necessery.For the kitchen please replace the frying pans.
