"We had a fantastic week in this lovely place. Gi and Enrico could not have been more welcoming or friendly.The view from the balcony at the front of the property looks across the length of the Costa Rei coastline. The pretty garden has views of the hills behind. It was well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean.It is just a short 7 minute work into the heart of Costa Rei but was peaceful.The beaches and scenery are stunning here. Locals very friendly. "

"We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Costa Rei. The house is situated right on the beach and has everything a family needs for a great holiday. The rooms are well furnished and the house is very comfortable. There are net screens on the windows which keeps the bugs out and allows the sea breeze to cool the house even on the hottest days. "This property is amazing in many ways. First, it has a direct access to the beach, and this particular part of a beach in Costa Rei is less crowded. It has all the facilities needed for the beach like umbrellas, toys for kids, etc. 2 showers in the garden with cold and warm water are very convenient. The only 2 things this property is lacking is A/C in the living room and Wi-Fi. Regarding the A/C, the living room is located on the upper lever and got extremely hot with no possibility to cool it...

"My husband and I stayed in Mario's house for a week in May. We loved it! The house was very clean and well furnished, including laundry facilities. It appeared that the house had recently been refurbished. The bed was comfortable. Be aware that there are 40+ steps from the car parking level to the house. Mario left us a guide describing local and regional markets and tourist attractions. Costa Rei and the surrounding areas have beautiful beaches."

Die Außenduschen (Warmwasser!) ist sehr praktisch - einfach nach dem Strand oder Sport abduschen und der Sand bleibt draußen - herrlich. Das Haus ist relativ gut ausgestattet, evtl. ein paar zusätzliche Trinkgläser könnten nicht schaden. "Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche im Juni in dem kleinen Häuschen. Es ist alles da was man braucht und ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist direkt am Grundstück, der Weg zum Strand kurz, die Ausstattung (auch mit Sonnenschirm für den Strand) vollkommen ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietern absolut informativ, überaus freundlich und jederzeit für einen Rat zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. "
