La posizione, vicino alla strada principale, è a 5 minuti a piedi da qualsiasi servizio (supermercato, farmacia, autolavaggio, benzinaio, pizzerie…). É presente anche un piccolo parcheggio sterrato a 20 metri dalla casa quindi veramente comodo per evitare di lasciare la macchina a bordo strada.
