「Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. There is limited parking places, but the parking in front of the hotel is free. Breakfast was included and was delicious. They had a nice variety of things to choose from (bread, croissant, yogurt, crackers, fruit, etc). Our room was neat, clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Our kids slept in a separate room with 2 single beds and desk. Only negative point is drunk and loud people outside our window that kept us...

「We were not aware that there was no elevator and only a steap staicase, which was inconvenient considering our heavy luggage. Our double room was too small for two people with three large suitcases. On arrival, the hosts acknowledged that the room was very room, but other than polite contrition, they didn't make any effort to compensate for this inconvenience in more concrete terms.
